The purpose of work

• I. Determine the most popular mobile phone models and find out why people choose them.

• II. Determine in which purpose people use mobile phones more often.

• III. Find out if there any influence of mobile phones on human’s health; If it is dangerous; how to protect your health.

The history of invention • 1947 - the Research Laboratory of Bell Laboratories (owned by AT & T) has proposed

to create a mobile phone.• 1957– L.I. Kupriyanovich (USSR) has created an experimental model of mobile phone

LK-1 weighing 3 kg and a base station to it relating to the CTA. In the following sample weight 1958 mobile phone has been reduced to 0.5 kg.

• 1966 - Bulgaria presented the exhibition "Interorgtehnika-66" prototype of Portable networks - mobile phone RAT-0,5 and ATRT-0,5 and base station Ratz-10 for 6 users.

• 1973 - they released their first prototype of a portable cellular phone - Motorola DynaTAC.

• 1989 - there was released on a cell phone Motorola MicroTAC with flip (his microphone was placed in the flip cover).

• 1993 - made the first cell phone with a built-in clock Benefon Beta.• 1996- The first cell phone in the form factor «clamshell» - Motorola StarTAC. This

phone is a great success in the U.S. and Europe.• 1997 - released a cell phone Philips Spark is able to work 350 hours per charge.• 1998 - The first mobile phone with touch screen - Sharp PMC-1 Smart-phone.• 1999 - released the phone supporting WAP - Nokia 7110.

(reduced resistance to disease and other harmful external influences).

• Impair eyesight.• Impair hearing.• Disorders of memory and

sleep.• May cause allergy to

electromagnetic emission.

cell phones only when absolutely necessary.• Pregnant women should not use a cell phone.• During the call to the subscriber does not hold the phone

Conclusions • 1. Most of students have heard about the influence

of mobile phones on human’s health.• 2. Teenager and adults use mobile phones

differently.• 3. The most popular phones should have wide

displays, big variety of attachments and high build quality.

• 4. Principally mobile phones make harm to human’s health.

• 5. People should take measures to protect their health from electromagnetic emission.
