Design of a Software Residency Model to develop
talented people - Widget Designers(Pós- Graduation Program)
An innovative approach to human training
that also plays as an experience catalyst once the
residents, in addition to receiving mentoring, also have
the opportunity to be immerse in a professional
environment.
Methodology
PBL + UCDProblem-based learning (PBL) is a student-centered instructional strategy in which
students collaboratively solve problems and reflect on their experiences. Learning is
driven by challenging, open-ended, ill-defined and ill-structured problems.
Students generally work in collaborative groups. Teachers take on the role
as "facilitators" of learning.
User-centered design (UCD) is a design
philosophy and a process in which the
needs, wants, and limitations of end
users of a product (interface) are given
extensive attention at each stage of the
design process.
User-centered design can be characterized
as a multi-stage problem solving process
