Customer Experience Group Chair Brief of Role

The NST Customer Experience Group Chair is responsible for leading the Customer Experience (CXP) Team. The goal of this team is to provide strategies for each part of the customer flow (OPIPMARECO + IXP), and create education and materials. The team delivers and customizes this education to LCs and EIs. This team is responsible for managing our systems in oGCDP towards delivering a better experience and facilitate leadership development framework.

6. How would you ensure that all entities in MoC ( LCs & EIs) know about CXP strategies and

programs, how would you make sure they implement it?

IR Group Chair Brief of Role

NST Chair of IR Group is responsible for managing our GCDP products, and relationships with Entity

partners. The goal of this NST is to create, manage and implement our national GCDP product line with

these Entity partners specifically, create co-delivery frameworks for a better leadership development

experience and manage NST IR group by weekly tracking and support.

IR Group is responsible for communicating with, and organizing the information from iGCDP from our

Entity partners so that it is a clear product for our customers here, manage approvals between EY partners

and provide information to MarComm for better product packaging.

1. Why are you applying for this position? 2. What is a “Product”? Why does oGCDP need to start selling products? 3. What is 1 concrete strategy that you think is the best way that the IR NST Team can support LCs to

achieve their goals? 4. What is the 1 biggest bottleneck for LCs in terms of managing Entity (EY) partners in CEE, MENA

and AP? How would you improve this? 5. Design a product for oGCDP for LATAM. What is the value proposition, target audience, and

expected results from having this product? You can look at OP Portal and use any external resources needed.

6. How can we ensure that our EY Partners deliver and follow up on the EP LEAD framework? 7. What’s the best way to track and make sure S&S are met in our EY Partners? 8. What is 1 strength and 1 weakness you have in terms of team management? Please provide an

example of when you demonstrated this strength and weakness. 9. Please describe how you would deal with the following situation;

a) There’s been a worrying increase of crisis happening with “A” entity, the winter peak is coming

and you need to achieve the matching goal with this very important partnership. b) Entity “ B” says it is impossible to match with them because our EPs are not well prepared. c) Entity “C” has just cancelled 25 EPs their projects because of financial issues. d) Entity “D” decides to change JDs and accommodation conditions because of financial issues. e) There’s a very good supply from entity “E”, OPs might be interesting to Chinese youth, how

would you do to position this new market ant pool? What kind of information you have to ask and with whom you have to deal in order to make it happen.

Disclaimer; Entities “A” and “B” are in AP Region, entities “C” and “D” are in CEE and entity “E” is in LATAM. All of this is happening at the same time, please build an action plan, timeline, key factors to consider and how you would manage your IR team.

Coaching Group Chair Brief of Role

NST Coaching Group is responsible for delivering coaching to LCs to achieve organic growth of LC

Exchange performance. By building systematic internal management, NST Coaching Group enables

function sustainable development. Also, as NCF implementation being the key national strategy of oGCDP

function, Coaching Group delivers tracking and coaching to all LCs to help implement NCF.

Coaching Group chair is going to lead the whole group to deliver general coaching to the network. More

specific, tier based coaching, strategy implementation, process management and function management will

all be covered in Chair’s coaching plan.

Project Group Chair Brief of Role

Project Group is helping oGCDP gain more external relevance of our product. With sub program of EP

Leader Program developing, we are delivering coaching and professional training to our EPs to help with

their personal development. And for showcasing part, project group is aimed to support NCF attraction

and synergy with MarComm to gain more external recognition and showcasing impact. The project group is

also expected to deliver B2B partnerships we make with like-minded externals to maximize our product

image and impact.

EST Chair Brief of Role

EI Group is the most potential part needed to be developed in MoC oGCDP network. But EI Group still

lacks enough support from MC and also NST. Through delivering basic EI coaching and internal

management, EST is expected to lead EI Group to become more standardized and mature. Another

important role of EST is to bring innovation and revolution to this group. By selecting NCF Pilot EI,

Customer Experience delivery and tracking, EI Group is also moving towards to a more developed level in

MoC oGCDP.
