DRY PEELER

DESTONING

DRY PEELER equipment is used to separate Dust, Stones and Mud particlesfrom required material.


ROOT WASHER

WASHING

ROOT WASHER is mainly used for the purpose of washing of materials. Italso prevents and arrests the stones from entering the peeling andcrushing process. Washing and Cleaning of materials enhances the qualityof final product.


PEELING MACHINE

PEELING

PEELING MACHINE is used to remove the skin from materials, This can beused for Tapioca, Carrot, Potato industries.


CHOPPER

CUTTING

CHOPPER is equipment is used to chop or cut the material into smallparticles so that it is easier for further processing.


LUMP BREAKER

CUTTING

LUMB BREAKER equipment is used to break the lumps into smallerparticles so that it is easier for further processing.


RASPER

CRUSHING

RASPER is used to crush the material in effective way. It consists of sawblades and rotors. It helps to get high output recovery.


PULP PRESS

EXTRACTION

PULP PRESS equipment is used to separate Solid and Liquid from a Slurrymaterial.


ROASTER

ROASTING

ROASTER equipment is used to gelatinize the material to the requiredconsistency before drying. Used in the Sago roasting process.

DRYER is used to remove the moisture content to the desired level. Used inthe Sago, Tea and other Spices industries.
