•Increase understanding of the new mental health system by community groups, community organisations, faith groups and individuals
• Give community groups and organisations the tools to work more effectively with people with mental health conditions
• Support improvements in the feedback loop between mental health providers and community organisations

•Contribute to and improve the quality of mental health information materials available within local communities
• Contribute to delivering innovative ways of working with the diverse population within a locality to ensure information on mental health services is available to all
• Work with other locality based community access support services to jointly deliver initiatives where appropriate
