Higher level troubleshooting & proper analysis of major
network faults in with RCA. Basic troubleshooting of BSC system
alarms and ticketing. Responsible for troubleshooting &
resolving the trouble tickets forwarded by 1st Level Surveillance
Team. Working on tools like PT4, AWE, UFM, BMC Remedy to handle
trouble tickets. Troubleshooting for on RBS, NodeB, BSC, RNC &
ENodeB on WINFIOL. Looking major, medium & minor alarms of
network and provide proper RCA.Preparing various performance
reports and performing quality check on daily basis
