ChameleonModular Towers

EXPANDSince a Chameleon is composed of only two panel shapes, it is easy and cost-effective to grow your tower as your programming and budgets evolve. The additional steel components, bolts, and twenty-five handholds come with the new sections.

INSTALLThe steel superstucture simply bolts together. The base of the steel superstructure bolts to a concrete slab and the panels bolt to arms that connect to the central column. Once the Chameleon is up, attach the handholds. A two-person team with basic construction skills can assemble any size Chameleon.

A stunning paint job combined with a three dimensional surface cast from real stone, offers the most realistic, rock-like modular panels available.

These beautiful, functional 3’6" x 3’6" panels can be mounted to virtually any wall. They are made from super durable OSB engineered wood and come already painted. SolidRock Climbing Slabs

INSTALLSolidRock and Climbing Slabs are designed to be completely DIY. Installation is as straighforward as attaching spaced 2 x 4s to a wall and then screwing the panels to the 2 x 4s. Complete instructions along with a materials list come with the panels.

Auto BelaysThese are controlled descent device designed for the climbing industry. • Climb by yourself• Increase the

number of climbers that can cycle through your facility

• Grow membership since people don't need a belayer to climb

• Provide training opportunities for seasoned climbers

RopesOnly dynamic ropes should be used in a climbing facility for top-roping. There should only be one rope per belay bar. Size, diam-eter and manufacturer is based upon personal preference and avail-ability.

Climbing ShoesAlthough climbing shoes are not mandatory for usage on Eldorado climb-ing walls, a shoe rental program can profitably compliment admissions revenues. Pick a well rounded, comfortable shoe and purchase at least two pairs in each popular size.

HardwareEvery climbing program will need a few belay devices and locking carabiners for rental and instruction.

Flooring

Flip Up PadsIf your climbing wall is in a multi-purpose area and space is an issue, Eldorado’s custom “Flip Up” pads are perfect for you! Custom fit pads can also be used to discourage people from using the walls in off hours.

Custom FlooringCustom flooring that wraps around the base of the Gecko and Chameleon configura-tions is available.

HarnessesClimbing harnesses will be needed for all roped climbing activities. Dif-ferent sizes and styles are available.
