• Equipment List View: Lists the current files which have already been entered.• Record View: Area where information can be edited or added.• Comments: Enter comments to reference an item• Equip. History: List of scheduled events, When Record Created, Work Orders Against, Transfer History• PM Schedules: Lists of PM schedule equipment is on, unless it is part of a Route • Meters: Shows What Meters Are Setup For Equipment. Can Add Or Remove Meters Also.• Documents: Shows what Documents are attached to the equipment (like Manuals, Pictures, etc.)• Hours Since Last PM: Shows List Of PMs Completed, Hours Since Last PM, etc.

List View Filtering OptionsThere Are Two Filtering Options In Any List View. One On Top Of Each Column And A Second In The Upper Right Corner Of The Screen. IF YOU USE THE COLUMN FILTER YOU CAN FILTER MULTIPLE COLUMNS AT ONE TIME To Narrow Down The Results Further. The Second Filter Search Only Searches One Column At A Time. My preference is to use the Column filter.
