Jesco’s new Modulinear multi-lamp recessed directional

downlights are designed to meet the needs of truly modern,

contemporary interior designs. Interior designs creating visually

clean, highly geometric spaces that are ideal backgrounds in

stores, restaurants, hotels, offices, or public spaces. The product

designs of this new series of lighting solutions are also ideal for

high-end residential designs, including a remodeling capability,

perfect for the redo of older homes and apartment buildings being

rebuilt for modernization and increased sales value.

• Specially designed lamp-holder provides visual glarecut-off in a variety of designstyles.

• 3 Lens retaining ring is anintegral part of a new gimbaldesign–allowing up to threeglass accessories.

• 4 Up to 2” deep ceilingthicknesses can be handledby the adjustable thumbscrews for vertical adjustment–a tight grip maintains a tightfit to ceiling.

For several decades, recesseddownlighting designs havebeen typically based on roundaperture downlights. In layingout such standard downlightdesigns the engineer is required,for a total of 96 downlights, todraw conduit feeds for connection to 96 j-boxes. In visual terms these rounddownlights are typically set inthe ceiling with equal spacing.Often without visual patternfollowing or emphasizing thegeometry of the space.Additionally, these general

owner as much as 25% ininstallation costs. These savingsare based on a significantreduction in wiring, less installation time, less materialcosts . But less in costs is not allthe designer gets. With thisseries the designer obtains a“cleaner” ceiling appearance,with a fixture layout that canactually help support today’smodern geometric spatialdesigns. With this the designergets an absolutely consistentappearance to the viewerwhether the fixture heads areusing spot, medium flood, orwide flood lamps to meetboth general and accentlighting application needs.

These various shapedModuLinear downlights givethe lighting designer andinstaller a variety of special features available on all thelamp types provided.

Included in these special featuresis the ability to simply not use theprovided trims, with the contractorinstalling the housing cleanly withonly standard ceiling cut-outsand careful plaster work.
