Work Experience

2016-till now : Site engineer, Bartawi contracting company (UAE). Project: 3 villas, El Satwa , Dubai.

Budget: 4 million DHS. Duties:

1. Supervision the construction of 3 villas

2. Control and direction workforce of our company.

3. Supervision and co-ordination of multiple contractors.

4. Ensure project quality objectives are attained.

2015-2016: Site engineer, Leila Contracting Company. Project: Leila Compound, the Fifth District New Cairo, Egypt.

Budget: 300 million EGP. Duties:

1. Supervision the construction of 15 units of housing buildings in zone A, B and C.

2. Inspection of sub-structure and super-structure works: excavation, backfilling,

shuttering, steel fixing and concrete placing for bases, raft, columns, beams and Slabs (roofs).

3. Supervision and co-ordination of multiple contractors.

4. Solving as built problems and doing all the quantity survey works.

5. Treatment of various types of structural, shop Drawings and related documents. 6. Project progress report to the project manager.

2013-2015: Site Engineer, El Shrouk Construction Company. Project: Amwaj Resort, North Coast, Egypt. Budget: 1.5 Billion EGP. Duties:

1. Supervision Finishing Works of 8 villas in Zone B. 2. Inspection Work Process like brickwork, sanitary, electricity works, plastering, insulation, installing marble, ceramic tiles, painting and carpentry works. 3. Supervision and co-ordination of multiple contractors. 4. Review project program and update on regular basis.
