* lack of supervision from the University

* Difficult in understanding the rules and regulation of the company

* maltreatment from the company staff

RECOMMENDATION

* The student ought to be supervised at least three times to

ensure proper and efficient training is received* The employees should accept students for the training in

question and assign them to appropriate training disciplines

* Student’s monthly allowance should be paid accordingly

CONCLUSION

My six month of IT at eh Mothercat Ltd Azare has

exposed me to the much needed working experience

and/or practical skills acquisition in road rehabilitation

and road construction.
