LutzvilleA rich, rounded mouthful, it shows similar spicy baked apple (tarte tanin) and citrus soufflé on a creamy, buttery base.

VillieraThe wine has intense fruit with a hint of wood spice on the nose, including pineapple, guava and citrus. On the palate it is rich and full bodied with good balance with a long finish. The wine has the structure to last for 5 years but Chenin Blanc can also be enjoyed young.

Groote Post Melon and guava are prominent on the nose, rewardingly rich, gentle acid giving a full mouth feel. Extended length in the finish.

Robert Alexander Some initial herb notes disappear after opening (must be a genie), leaving mocha, mineral tones and fruit aromas. The blue fruits charge forth on entry in a crisp, clean style with good savoury acidity and (wait for it, the genie returns) fine herbed spices in the finish.

Backsberg A massive vinous concentration of sweet strawberries, ripe red cherries and concentrated blackcurrent comfiture, rendered mysterious by an infusion of aromatic tobacco, fresh liquorice, spicy cloves and dark chocolate.

MERLOT

RakaThis Pinotage has an intense, clean purple colour; aromas of red cherries with an explosion of spices backed by oak, bouquet well carries through on the palate. A medium bodied wine with good balance between acidity and tannins.

MeerkatA rich, juicy Pinotage with loads of sweet plum and black cherry characteristics, supported by sensuous mocha chocolate and soft vanilla. This lusty wine should be enjoyed with great food and great company.

Delheim A medium bodied Pinotage grown in the Stellenbosch area. It has a rich crimson colour with a lively hue. Juicy, red fruit flavours supported by undertones of perfume and cloves are detected on the nose. A soft and elegant finish, along with subtle oak, results in the perfect balance.

Muratie Bright concentrated strawberry to garnet hue, exceptional for Pinot Noir. Very ripe and luscious smell; velvety and round, cherry flavoured with the ripeness and leathery notes typical to our climate. The oak is subtle but supports the wine’s structure and tannins perfectly. Powerful wine but not overpowering.
