Global Offices description


This feature gives you access to the list of locations of various MOL global offices.

The map view shows the locations of each office, each represented by a red pin.

Click a pin to see an abbreviated description of the office.

The main functions of the Global Offices feature are:

• Locating the MOL office closest to you

• Locating a different MOL office in the same country

• Locating an MOL office in a different country

• Locating the last viewed office

In the list view, tap a map icon to

see the location of that office on

the map:

General Use

This feature gives you access to the list of locations of various

MOL global offices. Tap a red pin to see an abbreviated

description of the office.

If you allow the app to use your current location, every time

you revisit the Global Offices feature, you are directed to the

office location closest to you.

In the map view, tap the list icon to see a list of MOL offices in the

same country with full contact information.

In the list view, tap a phone icon

to call the number:


Tap the map view icon to return to the last location viewed on the map.

Mobility – Track and Trace

This feature enables registered customers to get instant tracking information.

The main functions of the Track and Trace feature are:

• Searching for and viewing tracking information for a specific container, bill of lading or booking

• Viewing your latest and scheduled shipments

• Viewing containers in the following conditions:

• On Customs hold

• On hold at the export side of the voyage

A registered login ID and password are required to use the purple functions.

The transaction listed next to each container is the last transaction for the given bill of lading. If a container has no transaction listed, there was

no activity for that container and bill of lading for the last 180 days.

Tap a container number to load the Container Details screen as shown in Search for a container.

Note: The details shown in the Container Details screen will only apply to the given B/L as opposed to all activity from the last 180 days, which

you would see if you searched by entering the container number in the search box.

Search for a booking

activity for that container and booking for the last 180 days.

In the container list screen, tap a container to load the Container Details screen.

The details shown only apply to the given booking/bill of lading.
