It´s known that DAIRY AND MILK-DERIVED products nowadays are impressed on multiple problems of shelf-life extension and food safety guarantee of such sensible products. This is particularly important when certain mixtures and/or combinations are present, as it happens in case of fats, creams, custard, chocolate, or certain broad use dairy products and derivatives.

MOLDSTOP TM (MohoStop TM en Español), nuestra propuesta se centra en que la empresa lo utilice en sus productos mediante lo que denominamos aplicación por sistema mixto, esto es, que use una cantidad de formula seca para interiores, y por tanto la pasta láctea quede conformada conteniendo una cantidad de producto, que además evitaría las diferencias de presión y la conformación de grietas formada en la sala de salmuera (reactivas), ya que en los diferentes estudios de estructura hemos observado diferencias de presión por cm3 con una alta variabilidad estructural en las que penetra un cantidad importante de agua, elementos salinos, hídricos y nitrógeno, lo que a posteriori favorece la aparición de grutas, huecos cavitados en los que se favorece la aparición de especies diversas de esporas, hongos, mohos, hifas, y bacterias.

Protección Externa: Adicionalmente, el uso de MohoStopTM Líquido para la inmersión y recubrimiento del queso, fijado con los diferentes solventes utilizados, en especial los isómeros elásticos (ACPV) se recomienda, para dotar de una protección externa a los quesos.

No existen dosis máximas pero se recomienda no utilizar mezclas por debajo de 1 K /50 litros de acetato o aplicación oleosa, agua o elemento fijador o vehicular que se pretenda utilizar.
