The purpose of this document is to provide guidelines for an appropriate use of social media as part of the Beefbar marketing plan for customer interaction.Due to the rapid nature of social media development, this charter will be updated periodically.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA RULES: PHOTOS
Social media are online communications tools based on community interaction, they have become today an integral part of brand identity, and they are the most influential way to analyse real-time data and to increase brand exposure to reach new costumers.For these purposes communication via social media platforms must be controlled and must follows Beefbar’s standards.
The platforms that our franchise partners are permitted to use are:
All brand assets (pictures, text, logo, video and other visuals) will be provided by the Beefbar Marketing Department, we will provide profile and cover photos for every news, and they must be used for illustration purposes and updated accordingly

For all other visual not provided by the Beefbar marketing department, approval is necessary, approval demands must be sent to: [email protected].
Please note that every published photo must have the permission of its owner or copyright holder.
Beefbar social media must present Beefbar dishes and locals, photos should not show other clearly identifiable persons, products or brands names.
Preparation and cooking photoshoots must be on a clean environment, chefs and cooks must wear official Beefbar uniform, and must be not recognizable.

The use of Beefbar’s font style and vocabulary is mandatory, Fonts can be downloaded from Partners section on Beefbar’s site http://www.beefbar.com/partners/
Official typefaces are as follows : MENUS Font: Adobe Arabic TEXTS (presentation, PR, mail….): Helvetica Neue

Beefbar’s hashtags (#beefbar #beefbarlovers #meat #beef #monaco #instagood #goodfood )
You must ensure that words and sentences are clear, short, precise, persuasive and easily understandable.
The user names must be the same on Facebook, Instagram and twitter accounts for easy recognition.
All the accounts followed by the master page must be followed by the secondary pages, as these refer to the global Beefbar vision.
6. SOCIAL MEDIA RULES: SPECIFIC RULES ( FACEBOOK )
All accounts must have the same account name structure as follows “BeefbarPlace” (BeefbarMexico, BeefbarMykonos, etc.)
You must set up a new account on Facebook as a page, it’s the best type for businesses and it’s the most professional.
If you have already registered as personal account (profile), you need to convert your account into a business page. If you have two pages, you will need to submit a request to Facebook to merge the pages.
All photos must be high quality with the official logo of Beefbar ( refer to the Style guide )
7. SOCIAL MEDIA RULES: SPECIFIC RULES ( TWITTER )

You can synchronise your Facebook and Instagram accounts with Twitter. This will ensure that all Facebook posts also appear on Twitter.
You can retweet posts from other Beefbar accounts, and from bloggers who mention the Beefbar restaurants
Use hashtags (keywords) in your tweets to improve search engine rankings.
8. SOCIAL MEDIA RULES: SPECIFIC RULES ( INSTAGRAM )
All photos must be high quality edited before posting, choose filters that highlight vivid colours
You must use our hashtags (#beefbar #beefbarlovers #meat #beef #Monaco #picoftheday #instagood #goodfood) and catchy ones related to the subject of the photo
Photos must not have the logo, they have to be neutral.
Repost of client’s pictures must also follow the same rules.
On the profile page, you must have a harmounious connection between photos
On the bio you must include: The name + Localisation + concept + website
You can include menu news, local news or video links that mention Beefbar but you must have the marketing department approval
