Monaco Yacht Club & Residences Tops Off In Miami Beach, Designed By Piero

Lissoni & Arquitectonica February 4, 2021 A 12-story residential project in North Beach designed by Piero Lissoni and Arquitectonica has topped off. Monaco Yacht Club & Residences will include 39 residential condo units and a marina upon completion. Groundbreaking took place in February 2020, with completion on schedule for the end of 2021. Prices start at $1.1 million. Units are being delivered fully-finished. Units range in size from one to four bedrooms, with 918 to almost 5,000 square feet. Optimum Asset Management is the developer. Fortune International Group is handling sales, with Moss Construction the contractor.
