8% Secured Trust Deeds
Each investment is secured by a Deed of Trust (or Trust Deed). Thus, the property is collateral securing your investment: for each investment there is a physical asset, which can be sold or rented out to recoup the original investment.
In addition, the investment amount will not exceed 70% of the property’s market value. That restriction safeguards your investment against even very abrupt adverse changes in market conditions.
