OVERVIEW OF THE CAMP

-Drop Off and Pick up (varies by site)

-Campers come in and meet with their group and

hand their lunch to a counselor

-Lead Counselor will check each camper in

-Daily Activities (Art Room, Game Room, Movie Room,

Gym, and Outside)

-Daily Trips (not required)

-Theme Days (Free for all campers)

10:30-10:45 All Counselors and Campers will meet in the gym before a trip. (Times May Vary)

For the campers who stay back, counselors will adhere to the following schedule:

DETAILS ABOUT TRIPS

Trips leave at various times (please come to camp on time)

Trip leaving early: Jersey Shore Pirates - Leaves @ 7:15

Trips arriving back later: Hurricane Harbor, Sahara Sam’s, and Blackbeard’s Cave (iPlay a possibility) – Arrives back @ 3:00 (SAME SITE THIS YEAR)

Pre-paid for Trips: Week 1 and Week 2 must be paid on either (6/20 6:00-8:00, 6/26 7:30-8:30 and 6/28 11:00-4:00)

Paid by the Thursday before the weeks trips for (Week 3-5) Week 3 (Forms released on 7/3 and must be paid by 7/11)

Week 4 (Forms released on 7/11 and must be paid by 7/18)

Week 5 (Forms released on 7/18 and must be paid by 7/25)

FILLING OUT THE TRIP FORMS

• All trip forms for week 1 are due by June 28th no exceptions

• Following days available to hand in trip forms (June 20th 6-8), (June 26th 7:30-8:30), and (June 28th 11-4) @ Monroe Twp. Community Center

• Cash Only Circle Trips Sealed Envelope Child’s Name and Group

• *Must hand this form sealed in an envelope (for more than one child, separate envelopes)

• ** Group: Is the grade your child is entering next September and boy or girl

• For Example: 7th Boy

IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION

-Pack a lunch

-Leave valuables at home

-Wear comfortable attire

-Shoes Label your child’s name on everything

-Bottle of water – Everyday

-Sunscreen -Epi-Pen (Please come in and fill out a form and drop off their Epi-Pen in a bag labeled correctly)

-EMT (on-site)

- Have your child know who

is picking them up

- Children walking over to be

with their younger sibling will be given a color wristband

for the first two weeks of

camp

- Make sure your child is picked up by 2:00

- In the past, pick up on the first few days of camp has gone until 2:15. (please be patient)

3) Water Games (Gr. 1-5) @ Daniel Ryan Field

4) Halloween Costume Day and Candy (Gr. 1-2)

5) Talent Show (Gr. 1-5) Parents welcomed

6)Dance Party Day (Gr. 5-8) DJ

7) Candy Bingo (Gr. 1-4)

8) Scavenger Hunt (All Grades)

and many more on site activities (Flyers will be passed out the week before to update Theme Days)

MILL LAKE Drop Off: Right into the parking lot and a Right out

Times: 8:30-8:45 Counselors for each group will be waiting outside with signs to greet your child

Pick up: -Anything before 1:40, parents are allowed to go into the gym and sign their child out After….. -Only allowed to make a right into the parking lot so pre-plan your route

-Pick up is only in front of Mill Lake School (not the side parking lot) -2 lines for cars -Stay in your car, a staff member will bring your child to you! -Campers will be lined up by grade starting between 1:45-1:50

-Older siblings at the Rec Center will be walked over to Mill Lake @1:45 (Ex: If you have a 4th B and a 1st G, they will both be picked up at Mill Lake) -Patience is key (Thank you in advance)

-Campers will be lined up by grade starting between 1:45-1:50 -If you have children at both sites, I would recommend picking up the oldest first -Patience is key (Thank you in advance)
