Value: 2300 €, Travel allowence, Payments towards health, accident and personal liability insurance cover

Study Scholarships for Graduates of ALL Disciplines Target group: Graduates (BA) of all disciplines (except arts, architecture) Requirements:
- University degree (BA), very good gpa- English degree program: very good knowledge of English - German degree program: good knowledge of German - Admission to German university at the beginning of the scholarship
Hint: Motivation Letter is very important! 10-24 months, depending on programme; start: 1 Oct 2016 Value: Scholarship payments of 750 euros a month, Payments towards health,
accident and personal liability insurance cover Travel allowance, One-off study allowance, tuition fees up to 500 euros per semester

Research Grants Who can apply? Excellently-qualified young academics and scientists who have
completed a Master's degree or Diplom Three types:
- Doctoral Programmes in Germany (structured or individual up to 3 years)- 1 year grants or short term grants (1-6 month)
For What? A research project or course of continuing education at a state or state-recognised institution of higher education or a non-university research institute in Germany, which is being carried out in coordination with an academic adviser in Germany.
Value: Depending on academic level, monthly payments of:euros 750.- for graduates,euros 1,000.- for doctoral candidatesPayments towards health, accident and personal liability insurance,cover Travel allowance

Research Stays for University Academics
and Scientists Who can apply? University teachers and established academics and
scientists who have usually completed a doctoral degree and work at a university or research institute in their home country.
Duration: 1- 3 month
Value: Monthly payments of2,000 euros for assistant teachers, assistant professors and lecturers,2,150 euros for professors

Study Visits for Academics - Artists and Architects
The aim of this programme is to promote artistic cooperations with German host institutions.
Who can apply? University teachers from the following disciplines: Architecture,Fine Art, Film, Design/Visual Communication, Performing Arts, Music
Duration: One to three months
Value: Monthly payments of2,000 euros for assistant teachers, assistant professors and lecturers,2,150 euros for professors

Artists in Berlin Programme

Who can apply? A jury annually selects approximately 20 international guests for the Berliner Künstlerprogramm. Artists in the fields of literature, film and music may apply.
In the field of visual arts, a jury recommends artists for invitation. Therefore, no applications are possible for visual arts.
The deadline in each case is January 1.
Every year, invitations coupled with grants are extended to 20 internationally known younger artists to spend 12 months in Berlin. Invitations to filmmakers are issued for 6 months.

Study Trips to Germany
Study Visits / Study Seminars and Practicals in Germany, headed by an university teacher
Duration: 7-12 days
Guests (10-15 persons) will be paid a flat-rate sum of 50 euros per participant and day as a subsidy towards their travel and subsistence costs (practical)
Deadline: 1.11. each year start: 1.03.Deadline: 1.02. each year start: 1.06.Deadline: 1.05. each year start: 1.09.
