It is generally said that if youdon’t have anything to do justbecome an advisor for onlinemoney making. If you have a

little knowledge of computer andinternet just start a blog on onlinemoney making topics and peoplewill be keenly reading and sub-scribing to your website/blog.

The niche of online moneymaking has huge demand allaround the world. People want toearn money, so they want all suchresources which help them toachieve their goals. Online moneymaking is one of the easiestsources of earning. Our Muslimbrethren have mixed feelingsabout this way of earning money. Some are actively engaged indoing this while some other justwrongly assume it as greed andequal to blindly chasing money.

The nature of online moneymaking

If you earn money online withlegitimate and Halal sources, youare allowed as long as you do notpromote any unlawful acts orthings. There is no barrier in be-coming wealthy in Islam if you aredoing this with legal means. It isone of the most convenient pro-fessions which you can followwhile enjoying the comfort ofyour home. You simply need tocheck the source of this type of in-come and must check if there isany involvement of gambling, porn or interest (usury) in an on-

line business where you are work-ing from your home or if any ofyour online partners are con-nected with them.

Best source of income forMuslim housewives

In Islam women folk are askedto preferably stay at home if thereis no need to go outside. Henceonline money making jobs arequite suitable for Muslim house-wives, if they want to share theburden of financial responsibilityof their male counterparts. Theydon’t have to go outside and cando this job easily while staying athome.

Limit is mustIf you have several options to

earn through internet, you mustnot forget about your other im-portant responsibilities. Just toearn more and more at the cost ofyour other responsibilities is notgood. No doubt being Muslim weare fully allowed to earn anyamount of money to spend ourlife happily. But it does not meanwe set money making as the solepurpose of our life. Being a trueMuslim we have to stay in thisworld like a traveler and keep vigileye for our eternal journey toheaven. So our main motive

should be to make our life com-fortable so that we can obey allthe teachings of Islam withoutany difficulty and get the pleasureof Allah.

No herd instinctYou should not jump into this

profession just because severalother people are making hugebucks with it. You need to evalu-ate your skills and aptitude andthen decide should you join it ornot. Simply convenience andmore chances of success shouldnot be the sole criteria to pick aprofession. For this you mustanalysis that will you enjoy thatwork for a longer period of time ornot. If you think you are just fol-lowing the herd instinct youshould put aside the glaring suc-cess stories of money makers. Youshould explore a profession wheremoney should not be a big matterfor you.

So we can say that in Islamthere is no restriction on onlinemoney making if it pertains toHalal business. Every Muslim hasthe right to enhance his standardof living by making more moneythrough legal means and makehis life happy and prosperous tobe more thankful to Allah.

There lived an idolater in the pastwho made an idol out of a stoneand worshipped it every day. He

called upon it by saying "Ya Sanam." Forseventy years, he worshipped this idol. One day by mistake he uttered "YaSamad" instead of Ya Sanam. Samad is aname of Allah which means The Self Suf-ficient Master. Allah Ta'ala immediatelyreplied back to this idolater by saying "Iam present oh My slave." The angelsasked Allah why He replied to him sincehe didn't even call upon Him intention-ally. Allah told the angels that for sev-enty years I have been waiting for this

servant of mine to turn towards Me! If amother has only one child then howmuch would she love him? He would bethe coolness of her eyes and the comfortof her heart. But if this son calls her say-ing "Mommy" more than four or fivetimes, she would get irritated eventhough she loves him more than herself. On the other hand, when we call Allahonce, He replies back to us 70 times bysaying "Labbaik Ya Abdi (I am here ohMy slave)." How unfortunate we are thatwe have not recognized our Allah who isso Kind, Merciful and Forgiving.

IT is not so easy to remember what we read and study. We are hardly able to retain half of our learn-ing. If we don’t revise it, by and by we almost forget all we learn. But despite this fact, all of us wantto retain more and more by reading minimum. We don’t have much time as our life gets busier. Thatis why we try to grasp maximum information in minimum time. This is the main problem we havethat we neither give proper time to learning nor we revise whatever we learn. If it is a matter of Is-lamic learning then the problem becomes graver because we need not to apply most of its contents

in our professional life. More practically if we live in a non-Muslim country then chances are bleaker torevise our Islamic learning.

Here are two tips to sharpen your memory for Islamic learning that will work successfully if you applythem with consistency.

Interest, interest and interestWithout interest you cannot learn anything. If it is Islamic learning, so you not only have to develop in-

terest in it but your developed-interest must be quite real and not the forcibly aroused feelings of liking forit. For this purpose you have to fasten your thinking process about Islam. You should keep thinking aboutthe following points to develop your interest for Islamic learning.

• Why Islam is the most modern religion?• Why Islam is the unaltered religion?• How Islam is the complete way of life?• How flexible Islam is in modern times?• Do Islamic teachings contradict with cyber technology?• How can I convince a non-Muslim about the greatness of Islam?

Never miss to referAfter developing strong desire for Islamic learning and retaining loads of knowledge, your job does not

stop here. You have to reference your learning when you find the chance. If you are talking about a healthylife never skip to mention what Islam tells us about health. If there is a money matter you should refer onwhat Islam says about money and clear the misconception of the listener about Islam and its teachings. Inthis way by repeating your knowledge you would not only retain it firmly but also can polish it and becomea learned practical Muslim.

Hadith

Have Book But

Knowledge Is Lost

Imam Ahmed narrates that Rasul Allah (salAllahu alaihi wa sallam) said regardingsomething: “That would happen whenknowledge is lost.” One of the Sahabahasked, “O Messenger of Allah (sal Allahualaihi wa sallam), how could knowledge be

lost when we have studied the Quran, we are teach-ing it to our children and our children will teach itto theirs.” Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam)said: “Woe to you! I thought you were one of themost learned men of Medina. Can’t you see theJews and Christians are not benefiting even thoughthey have their scriptures (Torah and Injeel) rightwith them?”

This hadith makes clear that if there is no applicationof the Quran, its recitation becomes useless. If we knowwhat the Quran contains but don't apply it, we becomelike donkeys carrying books as our burdens, not bene-fitting from our loads.

How did the Sahabah study the Quran? If we takethe example of Abdullah ibn Umar (radi Allahu anhu),

it took him 14 years to finish memorizing SurahBaqarah. He was so happy after he completed memo-rizing it that he slaughtered a camel and invited all thepeople to come celebrate with him.

Abdullah ibn Umar (radi Allahu anhu) was a com-panion of Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) andthe Quran was revealed in his own language. Abdullahibn Umar (radiAllahu anhu) was also an eminentscholar. Then how is it that he took 14 years to memo-rize what is done nowadays by Muslims in a matter ofmonths?

This is because the way that the Sahabah wouldstudy the Quran is that they would take ten ayaat at atime only. They would study these ten ayaat, study theeemaan, the ilm, the halal and the haram in these ayaat. They would memorize the ayaat and apply its rulingsto their lives. They would not move onto the next tenayaat until they had brought their lives into compliancewith the first ten. The Quran thus became alive and sec-ond nature to them, its knowledge was not wasted andlost. Courtesy: Daily Hadith

Simply good actions are notenough to bring peace of mind. For this your soul must also bepurified by your good deeds. Ifyou do something good you

must do it from the depth of your heart. Youmust be proud of your every action. The ulti-mate objective to do any good deed is not tobring peace of mind simply but to serve oth-ers. It means your happiness lies in servingothers without any interest and return.

Here are 3 effective ways to bring peace ofmind and spend a happy and peaceful life.

Never become double-mindedFirst of all you have to adopt a way of living and

must follow it without any confusion. You must beproud of your religion Islam and if you feel any con-fusion in it you must get it clear with the help of anIslamic scholar. Many people get over-focused onobserving many acts in Islam and its limits and con-fuse themselves on issues which are made simple. So you must study the instructions about it and fol-low it properly. In every detail about your religion

you should not have any confusion.

Be committed to your religious practicesOnce you decide to spend your life as practical

Muslim now there must not be second thoughtsabout the extent of your way of living. You have toabide by all Islamic teachings in their real spirit andshould not feel it as a burden or duty. It should bepart of your daily life to become a true Muslim inevery act of your life.

Don’t worry about detailsIt is good to spend your life completely according to

Islam. You must follow every teaching of Islam to becomea true Muslim. But it is also a candid fact that Islam is theeasiest religion of the world. It facilitates you in every actof your life. It makes categories of its teachings so that youfirst follow those that are unavoidable (faraid) like com-pulsory religious obligations. After that you have to followthose teachings which you should try to follow as muchas possible (sunnat). If you skip some of them you needto seek Tauba and Allah is the most merciful and He willpardon you if you honestly pledge to never do it again. After that there are some teachings (nawafil) which youare not bound to follow but if you follow them you willearn virtues and eventually will be blessed by the Allah.

Hdith

The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahualaihi wa sallam) said: “Offeringprayer in congregation carries

twenty-seven times greater reward thanoffering it alone.” [Bukhari]

Ubaidullah bin Umar Qawariri said, “Inever missed the evening congregationalprayer (prayer with Jamaat). But once aguest came to my house and I remained inhis company until late. I went out, lookingfor any mosque in Basra at which I couldcatch the evening prayer, but to no avail. The people had all prayed and gonehome.

“I returned to my house saying to my-self, ‘It is reported in the Sunnah that thecongregational prayer is twenty-seven

times more excellent than individualprayer.’ So I prayed the evening prayertwenty-seven times over and slept.

“I saw in a dream that I was with a groupof people who were racing on horses, andI was also racing with them on my horsebut my horse was falling behind. I kickedmy horse to catch up with them but I couldnot.

“One of the riders turned to me andsaid, ‘Do not urge your horse, for you willnot be able to catch up with us.’ I said,‘Why not?’ He replied, ‘We prayed eveningin congregation and you prayed it alone!’Therefore, I learned a lesson and wasdeeply grieved.” [The Major Sins by Adh-Dhahabi]{Courtesy Daily Hadith}

If you don’t know about anything andsomeone tells you something wrongabout it you will not contend with that infoeven if you don’t believe in it. You wouldsimply keep a silence over it. If someonetells you again the same wrong information

you would once think about it. It means if a false infois given to you again and again you might believe init after sometime. Malicious propaganda is doneagainst all the religions of the world. That is why inthis post you read 5 interesting facts about Muslimreligion you never knew. You might have heard crit-icism about Islam but here these 5 facts will openyour eyes.

Islam means peaceNo other religion in this world has the meaning

of peace like Islam. It shows how much it believes inpeace. But nowadays it is widely propagated thatIslam offers solution of every problem with the useof force. This is a great misconception.

Islam believes in live and let liveIf there is complete rule of Muslims over the

whole world even then Islam does not allow its fol-lowers to create any type of problem for the follow-ers of the other religions. In the beginning of Islamthere was a complete rule of Muslims on the entireworld where followers of all the other religions

were fully safe and freely spending their lives ac-cording to their religion. You must not have learntthis fact about Muslim religion ever before.

Islam never stops from enjoying lifeThere is no restriction in Islam on enjoying life. It

binds its followers to completely abide by Islamicteachings especially compulsory obligations butnever forbid to enjoy life staying within limits.

Islam does not ask to hate too much wealthThis is another misconception about Islam that if

someone embraces it he will not be allowed to earntoo much wealth. This is a wrong perception aboutMuslim religion. It fully allows earning money asmuch as one can. Simultaneously it strictly forbidsloving money and forgetting the religious and ethi-cal obligations. It does not let its followers to beblind in greed of wealth. But there is no ban to earnmoney enormously through legitimate means.

Islam is not against artIn Islam there is no restriction on art and culture.

But again it binds Muslims to remain within the lim-its set by Islam and practices whatever type of artthey want. It does not allow obscenity, vulgarity andsensation on the name of art but puts no ban to re-flect the nature and its phenomena through variousart forms.

QuotableQuotes

Once upon a time peoplegathered in an openplace to pray to Allah forrain. A child holding anumbrella also joined

them. All were surprised to see umbrellain his hand at the time of widespreaddrought in the area. Understanding thereason of their surprise he told the peo-ple that he is fully sure that after theirprayers there must be rain. That is whyhe brought an umbrella to cover himself. This is the level of belief you must havein Allah to make your Dua effective.

Only Allah is our saviorThis is our topmost belief regarding

our relation with our Creator. That is whywe must be completely sure that He isthe one Who can solve our all problemsand fulfill our all legitimate desires. Withthis thought in mind if we spread ourhands before Him there is no doubt Hewould not listen to us. But the mainthing is how we pray to Him. We must

express our maximum obedience toHim; not only in words but also in our ac-tion.

Only Allah is the giver No one in this world can solve our

problem if Allah wants otherwise. So in-stead of looking at somewhere else weshould from the very beginning movetowards Him. It is very common that wefirst approach various worldly sourcesfor the solution of our problems andafter no reply from them we pray toAllah. This is not the style of a true Mus-lim. Obviously people can become asource to help us but actually it is HeWho saves us from all problems andhardships.

If our Dua is not accepted it musthave a rational

It is not necessary that whatever webeg to Allah He just gives us. It is possi-ble that the thing we are demanding ap-parently may be beneficial for us but

actually may bring a problem for us. Thatis why if our Dua is not accepted it does-n’t mean that it was not an effective Duabut there may be a rational behind itsnon-acceptance in the form we desired, that Allah knows better.

Leave everything up to AllahAllah created us and sent us in this

world. It is His responsibility to dowhatever is good for us. We should notgo beyond a certain level to think andtake care of ourselves. No doubt thislife is blessing from Allah and we haveto give it a great value but we mustfirmly believe that Allah gave us thislife and He can take it back anytime Hewants. If we have this belief not anyproblem or worry can disturb us orlead us to any wrong path. We justhave to work hard, take our every ef-fort to make our life happy and com-fortable while leaving the rest up toAllah. With this mindset you can easilymake your Dua effective.
