Proposal Status Overview

The proposal team have been in direct communication with a Report Team member

and has provided relevant updates for this month's proposal activity. Dash Retail

has been involved in 3 activities during February with the first being Paga con Dash

Point of Sale using a fork of Spark Payments by Dash Wallet. The team has now

released a point of sale system for use by George Donnelly in Colombia and

Venezuela built upon Amazon Web Services infrastructure. This Point of Sale

features full transaction tracking soon to be publicly accessible while all data is

anonymous and not be connected to any merchant or customer. The proposal has

also been working on a rebuild of Dash Rates, an API endpoint created by Kodaxx

that converts Dash to fiat values around the world. It's in use by Spark POS, Paga

con Dash POS and Dash Core to display local currency rates in mobile wallets. This

API will also be made free to use by other Dash projects, ensuring that there is a

single source of truth (SSOT) for Dash-Fiat pricing. The final area of focus is the

Dash Retail Foundation, and the team is working on defining all critical interactions

with the system and establishing the scope of work for the next six months.

The proposal is on schedule and on budget and will be working to deliver a clear

roadmap and Key Performance Indicator data for the community in the coming

month.

As Dash Retail is an inherently complex project running across point of sale, OTC and

remittance services it is very important the project has a proper specification and a solid

foundation going forwards for our operations. We have been working on defining all key

interactions with the system and establishing our scope for the next 6 months. Further to this

we've been getting our dev ops and infrastructure in place to ensure our work is efficient and

well managed. We'll be providing Dash Watch and the public with a full list of deliverables for

the platform soon.
