The Hazelton Hotel is Toronto’s first five-star luxury hotel and Toronto’s
only member of The Leading Hotels of the World, an alliance of independent
luxury hotels worldwide. Located at the corner of Yorkville and Hazelton,
The Hazelton Hotel offers 62 beautifully designed rooms and 15 exceptional
suites evoking grandeur with a splash of 1940s inspired Hollywood glitter
as well as 15 exclusive residences. World renowned interior designers Yabu
Pushelberg use of rich textures and superb craftsmanship create a classic
glamour ambiance that resonates throughout the hotel.

Situated in the heart of The City of London, Ten Trinity Square is the former
Port of London Authority headquarters and one of London’s most treasured
and important buildings. The 93-year-old Grade II* listed building has
undergone a meticulous restoration, creating 41 outstanding residences,
a luxury Four Seasons hotel with 100 rooms, spa and fine restaurants. The
building’s original classical meeting rooms are also being restored to provide
the facilities for an exclusive Private Members Club.

Belgravia Gate is a unique collection of 12 super-prime residences, located
on Grosvenor Crescent, London’s most prestigious address. The residences
have been created from five 19th century townhouses, built by the legendary
master builder Thomas Cundy III (architect of nearby Wilton Crescent).
While the exterior of Grade II-listed Belgravia Gate is testament to its
historical significance, the interiors offer 21st century design on a palatial
scale. The building features all luxury amenities of a 5-star hotel.

Designed by world leading architects, Foster + Partners, at 197m height,
AURA will consist of 137 residences, on 37 residential floors and an
exclusive 5 bedroom penthouse, each with sizable verandas. The building will
be raised 23.9m from ground level, creating the impression that it is floating
high above the landscaped gardens below. Spanning over two floors, AURA
boasts an impressive 2106 sqm of dedicated world-class leisure amenities
with pool, spa, gym and restaurant.

The new ten-storey residential building features 221 apartments from
studio suites up to four-bedroom penthouses, exquisitely designed by PLP
Architecture. Lincoln Square features London’s unparalleled residential
amenities space of 1600 sqm by world-class designer Patricia Urquiola with
a 25m swimming pool, gym, private treatment rooms, virtual training, kids
zone, clubhouse with winebar, billiards room and 2 dining rooms.
