Medical Response Team Volunteers Needed. We are in the process of establishing Medical Response Teams for all three worship services. Medical experience is preferred. If you are interested in serving, please sign the form located in the narthex of the main Sanctuary (Bldg 2) or on the table in the rear of the Assembly Hall in the Ministry Center (Bldg 3). Thank you for sharing in today’s SECOND SUNDAY FOOD COLLECTION. Join us in sorting and distributing the food, Tuesday, April 11th at 1:00pm in Rm LL 31, Bldg 2 (enter from lower parking lot). The snacks will be given to Silverdale Elementary School and the family food delivered to one of our social service agencies. Food Fact: Malnutrition in all its forms—from wasting to obesity---directly affects 1 in 3 people.

Summertime reading fun will begin in about two months! C4C is collecting new/gently used children's books and chapter books, grades K-6th grade, for the students at Silverdale to take home for the summer! Please look for bins marked, Silverdale books by the church office and each narthex, if you wish to donate a book or two. We will collect the books for the entire months of April and May until May 31. Thanks for all of your help with many C4C projects this past school year - you are truly a congregation that cares for children and youth!

Men’s Bible Study – All men are encouraged and invited to attend Wednesday mornings 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Room #13, Bldg 1, lower level. We will study the book of Revelation. Don Woods and Doug Johndrow are our discussion leaders. Come join us…the coffee is hot and the learning is great.

You are invited to join the Minnie Jones Circle on Wednesday, April 26th at 6:00 in the purple room in the basement of building #3. All members of the community are welcome to join our mom friendly circle. We will be planning our activities and mission projects for the year, so please bring any ideas and suggestions that you have. See you on the 26th and bring a friend! Childcare will be provided. Praise the Lord…We have raised $2,418 for the Methodist Children’s Home. We are still accepting donations until May 7th, please write Methodist Children’s Home on your check.
