North Cornwall
North Cornwall abounds with places of historic and natural
interest. The coastline is amongst the best in Europe with
inspiring scenery, rugged rock cliffs, huge sandy beaches
and picturesque villages – a world of its own.
The area also offers a wide range of activities and visitor
attractions. Trevose Golf Club adjoins the park and the
Camel Trail, which skirts the award winning Camel Valley
Vineyard, is only 4 miles away. North Cornwall is also an
essential stop on the Foodie Traveller’s Map with the
restaurateurs Rick Stein, Nathan Outlaw, Jamie Oliver,
Paul Ainsworth and many others close at hand.
Water sports of all kinds can be found everywhere along
the coast, this area being particularly well known for its
superb surfing. Alternatively simply take advantage of
walking the beautiful coastal paths and countryside or
enjoy the horse riding facilities in the local village of
St Merryn. However you choose to spend your holiday.
Mother Ivey’s is the ideal base to explore Cornwall.
