It doesn’t matter if your book is for private use or for anyone to see, you probablywant your pictures to be top notch!? It doesn’t matter if you have taken a lot of nicepictures, sometimes you need to edit them. But where do you start?
We have listed some free editing programs that you can use when editing your pictures foryour next book or photo book.
Pixlr - Pixlr is a web application, no download needed for editing your pictures. A perfectwebsite if you want to edit your pictures in a fast and easy way.
Gimp - This editing tool is compatible with both Mac and Windows. It is a powerful toolthat is similar to Adobe Photoshop. You can work with layers, colour channels, masks anda lot more. For those with a bit more experience.
Photopea - Photopea is a web application. You can change the exposure, saturation, usepresets etc. This tool can be a little bit slow and you can’t edit photos in raw formats, butit’s completely free.
When you are done editing your pictures, save them as JPEG files, login to Solentro andupload your pictures under “My pictures”.

"And I, too, was there" is a rich story bookthat recounts a tale told by Leia, one of mybeloved grandchildren who is also theprotagonist of the story. The book is told fromher point of view and describes theabsolutely wonderful and joyous occasionsthat I want to convey to her as I recount mymemories of her first two years.
The story narrates the many different peoplearound Leia who all share their differentmemories. From her grandmother andgrandfather to stories of her father when hewas little, everything is woven into the story.Writing these story books about that time andbeing able to give my grandchildren thosememories is an amazing heirloom I want toleave; I hope it will stay with them for a longtime and will help them when they want toremember their younger years.
