Youwillonlypayusthepremiumforyourpolicy,andyouwillnotpayusafeeforarrangingthisonyourbehalf.Wearepaidforourservicestoyoubytheinsurancecompany,AWPP&CSA.Thenatureofsuchpaymentisamixtureofcommissionandotherfeesbasedonourcostsforadministeringyourpolicy.

How your policy worksYourpolicyandconfirmation emailisacontractbetweenyouandus.Wewillpayforanyclaimyoumakewhichiscoveredbythepolicyandlevelofcoverchosenthathappensduringtheperiod of cover.
Unlessspecificallymentioned,thebenefitsandexclusionswithineachsectionapplytothe vehicle. Yourpolicydoesnotcoverallpossibleeventsandexpenses.

Roadside assistanceIntheeventofbreakdownmorethan1milefromyourhomeaddress,wewillarrangeandpaytoattendthevehicletoeffectrepairs.Wewillpayforuptoamaximum60minuteslabour.Ifweareunabletoeffectrepairsorrepairswilltakelongerthan60minutes,wewillarrangeandpayforlocalrecovery.
Local recoveryIfthevehiclecannotberepairedorremobilisedfollowingourRoadsideassistanceor,whenapplicable,Homeassistance,wewillarrangeandpayforthecostsoftakingthevehicle,youanduptosevenbeneficiariestothenearestsuitablegaragewithina25mileradius.Ifyourcaravanortrailerhasabreakdown,wecanarrangeforittoberecovered,butyouwillberesponsibleforthecosts.

National recoveryIntheeventofbreakdownintheUKcausingittobeimmobilisedforaperiodofmorethan4hours,andsubjecttoushavingfirstarrangedassistancewewillarrangeandpayforthecostsoftakingthevehicle,youanduptosevenbeneficiariestoberecoveredtoanywhereintheUK.Ifyourcaravanortrailerhasabreakdown,wecanarrangeforittoberecovered,butyouwillberesponsibleforthecosts.

European roadside assistanceIntheeventofbreakdowninEurope,wewillarrangeandpaytoattendthevehicletoeffectrepairs.Wewillpayforuptoamaximum60minuteslabour.Ifweareunabletoeffectrepairsorrepairswilltakelongerthan60minutes,wewillarrangeandpayforrecoverytothenearestsuitablegarage.
European recovery of your vehicleIfthevehiclecannotberepairedorremobilisedfollowingourRoadsideassistance,wewillarrangeandpayforthecostsoftakingthevehicletothenearestsuitablegarage.Ifyourcaravanortrailerhasabreakdown,wecanarrangeforittoberecovered,butyouwillberesponsibleforthecosts.
European onward travelIntheeventofbreakdowninEuropecausingittobeimmobilisedforaperiodofmorethan8hours,wewillarrangeandpayforthefollowing:
•Standardclasspublictransport,orequivalentcostsofmoreconvenienttravel,toenablethebeneficiariestocontinuetotheiroriginaldestinationinEurope upto£750;or
•Overnightaccommodation(onabedandbreakfastbasis),upto£75perbeneficiarypernight.Themaximumpayableunderthisbenefitis£750;or
•Acourtesycarwhilethevehicleremainsimmobiliseduptoamaximumof£750(wherepossibleanequivalentvehiclewillbeprovideduptoGroupC).Pleasenote:- Thecostofanypersonalaccidentinsuranceisnot
covered.- Youmustbeabletosatisfytherequirementsofthe

European vehicle storageWewillpayupto£100intotalforthecostofstoringthevehicleaftertherepairhasbeencarriedout,untilitcanbecollectedorreturnedtotheUK.
European parts deliveryIfwehavearrangedtotakethevehicletoanauthorisedrepairerforrepairsandanypartsessentialtotherunningofthevehiclearenotavailablelocally,we willarrangeandpayforthedespatchofsuchpartstotherepairer.
European caravans and trailersIfthevehicleisimmobilisedduetoacoveredbreakdownwhentowingacaravanortrailer,wewillarrangeforyourcaravanortrailertobetakenneartotherepairer.Wewillnothoweverbeliableforanygoods,possessionsorlivestockbeingtransported.
Incorrect fuelIfyourvehicle isaccidentallyfilledwithincorrectorcontaminatedfuel,wewill:• arrangeforthevehicletoberecoveredtothenearest
suitablegarage;or• ifavailable,arrange(butnotpayfor)amobilefuelunitto
carryouttheworkneededtoremobiliseyour vehicle.
Lost keysIfthekeystoyourvehicle arelost,wewill:• arrangeforthevehicletoberecoveredtothenearest
suitablelocksmith;or• ifavailable,arrange(butnotpayfor)foramobile
locksmithtoattendthevehicle.
Loss or damage to your tentIfasaresultofabreakdownin Europe yourtentislostordamagedandcannolongerbeusedasyourmainovernightaccommodation,wewill:• paythecosttohireanequivalenttent;or• arrangeandpayforovernightaccommodation(onabed

andaskyoutogiveusdetailsandfillinanyforms,whichwillhelpustorecoveranypaymentwehavemadeunderthispolicy.
5 Nottopayanyclaimonthispolicyforanyamountscoveredbyanotherinsuranceorbyanyoneoranywhereelse,forexampleanyamounts youcangetbackfrommotorinsureroranyotherclaimamountrecoveredbyyou.Inthesecircumstanceswewillonlypayour shareoftheclaim.
6 Askyoutopayusbackanyamountsthatwehavepaidtoyouwhicharenotcoveredbythispolicy.

Wewillnotassistorreimburseyouorbeneficiariesintheeventofacallforassistanceorclaimcausedby,arisingfromorinconnectionwiththefollowing:
1 Wewillnotpayforanyloss,theft,damage,death,bodilyinjury,costorexpensethatisnotdirectlyassociatedwiththeincidentthatcausedyoutoclaim,unlessexpresslystatedinthispolicy.
2 Ionisingradiationorradioactivecontaminationfromanynuclearfuelorthenuclearwastearisingfromburningnuclearfuel.
3 Radioactive,toxic,explosiveorotherdangerouspropertiesofanyexplosivenuclearequipmentornuclearpartofthatequipment.
4 War,invasion,actsofforeignenemies,terrorism,hostilities(whetherwarbedeclaredornot),civilwar,rebellion,revolution,insurrection,militaryorusurpedpower,riotorcivilcommotion.
5 Pressurewavescausedbyaircraftandotheraerialdevicestravellingatsonicorsupersonicspeeds.
6 Anycostscoveredunderanyotherwarranty,guarantee,insuranceorcover.
7 Accidentorinjuryeitherthroughdeliberatenon-observanceofthelawsofthelandinwhichthebeneficiaryistravellingorthepracticeofactivitiesnotauthorisedbythelocalauthorities.
8 Thecostofreplacementparts.9 Damageorinjuryintentionallycausedbyyouora
beneficiaryorresultingfromparticipationinacriminalactoroffence.
10 Thebeneficiary/beneficiariesoranyotherthirdpartyorganisinganyoftheservicesdetailedinthispolicywithoutfirsthavingauthorisationfromusandafilenumber.
11 Anycoststhatwouldhavebeenpayablenormallybyyouorthebeneficiaries,suchasfuel,congestionortollcharges.
12 Chargesforspecialistrecoveryorchargesincurredbyuswherethevehicleisnotbeingusedonapublichighwayorwhenthebreakdownoccurredwherethevehiclewasnotaccessibleusingourstandardrecoveryequipment.
13 Breakdownwhichhappensoutsidethearea of cover.14 Faultyrepairs,incorrectservicingorfailureto
havethevehicleservicedinaccordancewiththemanufacturer’sspecification.
15 Vehiclesmodifiedinanywayfromtheoriginalmanufacturer’sspecification.
16 Anycostsincurredafterthevehiclehasbeenrepairedandisavailabletobedriven.
17 Anysundryexpensesresultingfromanincidentclaimedforunderthissection,forexampletelephoneormobilephonecalls,faxes,foodanddrink.
18 Younotansweringaccuratelyanyquestion(s)wehaveaskedyouatthetimeofbuyingthispolicy,whereyouranswer(s)mayhaveaffectedourdecisiontoprovideyouwiththispolicy.
