ALL STUDENTS ARE BEGINNING ONLINE

Important Application Even during our school closure in March we were able to provide

free lunch for ALL students through a lunch pick up program. The

reason we were able to do this was due to the number of students

who qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Even though we are not returning in person for a few weeks,

please take a couple minute to fill out the form in this link if

you think you may qualify for free or reduced lunch.

number of students who qualify for this program directly connects

with other funding for our school and qualifies us for grants like

our after school ACHIEVE program.

Student Supplies to be purchased for

AT HOME LEARNING

These items will stay at home.

All Students - K-5 Supply List Pencils Lined Paper Black Whiteboard Marker Whiteboard Small (8x10) Spiral Notebook

Art Supplies for at Home (These will be used for class and for online art.) Crayons Markers and/or colored

pencils Blank paper (copy type

paper or even blank scratch paper)

Masking and/or scotch tape

Glue sticks Scissors PE at Home Small Bag of Balloons

When we return to IN PERSON LEARNING

These are the requested supplies

for school.

All Students - K-5 Supply List Backpack (no wheels) put

name inside Water Bottle (write your child’s

name on the bottle) Lunch Box (if your child brings

lunch) put name inside 1 ream of white copy paper 1 large package (24) #2 pencils

Ticonderoga 4-6 glue sticks 3-4 dry-erase markers (black) $10 donation for other

consumable materials (art, music, PE, library)

3rd – 5th grade ONLY please add 1 package of WIDE ruled lined notebook paper

(all other supplies will be provided for your child at school) If you can find them we would really appreciate donations of the following: 2 anti-bacterial wipe containers 2 8oz container hand sanitizer

(or 1 larger we can use to refill) 2 larges boxes of tissues 2 8oz liquid hand soap (or 1

larger)

School Hours 2020-21 When we return to in person learning, our bell times and hours

for the school year will be –

Before and After School Care We are so excited to welcome back Ms. Tammy to our afterschool

program, AlphaBest. (It is no longer called CEP/PAL). Although the

program has a new name, and some new features, we are so glad to

have Ms. Tammy back as our amazing director for our before/after
