How It Works:

TYC Program

Who: EVERYONE is highly

encouraged to par)cipate

in the Thank You Card

program.

What: The TYC program

serves as a means to thank

and encourage each other.

Where: Blank thank you

cards can be found in HR or

with your manager.

How: Just fill out a blank

DMC thank you card and

deliver it the person you are

thanking. They will sign the

card and turn it into their

manager or to HR.

The REALLY Fun part: Each

week we draw 8 names

from the TYCs received.

The recipients of those

cards will win a $25 giA

card. Look for the winners

on the Mountain Top each

week!
