APPLICATION:The MoveMaster® Vac is a vacuum conveying system that offers a cleaner operating environment for handling both raw materials and finished products. It can be easily integrated into a wide range of production processes by incorporating the world leading technology of Mac Process pneumatic conveying together with the weighing and feeding equipment of Schenck AccuRate to provide a highly accurate and controlled flow of materials.

Specific applications for the MoveMaster Vac include: • Dilute phase conveying: batch or continuous • Specialized conveying for direct loss in weight feeder refill • Integrated volumetric feeding and conveying

EQUIPMENT:The key components in a Schenck Process MoveMaster Vac system are the pick up and reception points which are designed in a modular construction with dust proof seals and quick release clamps to simplify cleaning. Complete units can be disassembled in minutes.
