FreddieI am Queen Boudicca, leader of the Iceni tribe and my husband is King Prasutagus. The Romans have ruled Britain for many years and have left the Iceni alone until my husband died. The Romans started raising taxes and they started to bother my tribe but I refused and they beat me and my kids, this made me very ANGRY!

I set off on a quest for vengeance. First we attacked the Romans in Colchester and we won. We got other tribes to help us and now my army is unstoppable. We attacked another Roman city by the name of London and we easily took back London. We then headed to St Albans and we burnt it to the ground, we were heading over to the final battle with the Roman Emperor.

I was aware that we were most likely heading into a trap, we outnumbered them but they were better trained and after a very tough battle my army was all killed, but I got away. I couldn’t live with the embarrassment so I committed suicide by drinking poison.
