MRF Tyres South Australian Rally Championship Registration for 2016

The SA Rally Panel (SARP) has again implemented the South Australian Rally Championship Registration Scheme. Previous years’ registration schemes have proved a great success for event organisers by helping them to know who the genuine SARC competitors are.

The SARC registration database is used as a tool by SARP and Clubs to convey information on events, supplementary regulations, rule changes (bulletins that affect the SARC), SARC sponsor stickers, DPI listings, point scores, invites to award winners for the presentation dinner and any other important information for competitors. It also allows SARP to directly contact competitors over proposed rule changes for the following season.

The SARC registration database is for competitors only. Payment of a registration fee of $50 per person must accompany every competitor’s application form. This fee will be paid directly into the Trophy/Promotions Fund.

Only registered competitors will receive points towards the SARC for outright and class awards.

Registration is open to drivers and co-drivers individually. This means each competitor must register for their own points and not a car combination.

It is compulsory to wear the sponsors’ decals in the correct position on the car at each SARC events to be eligible to score points for that event. For correct positions for decals refer to the South Australian Rally Championship Series Regulations.

As part of the new series sponsorship, the sponsor has asked for a guide of what types of tyres are being used and the sizes so they can have a supply of them at the events.

Note: You must complete & return the Media Information form below to be eligible to score points. Completed forms need to be submit to the South Australian CAMS office and the SARP results manager. Please ensure that you include a valid and correct email address on your registration form. This is an important step to ensure you are kept up to date with the latest regulations, results and general communications. Point scores will be issued after each round of the SARC indicating drivers, co-drivers and classes awards.
