Accessing the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool How to access the Password Reset Tool:

1. Go to https://apps.saas.mrisoftware.com

2. Select the Forgot Password link

3. Select the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool link

4. Select Reset Password for password resets or select Challenge Questions to set up or change your Challenge Questions

NOTE: You must set up your Challenge Questions prior to using the Reset Password function. If you have not previously set up your Challenge Questions you will not be able to reset your password with this tool

Setting up your Challenge Questions

How to set up your Challenge Questions:

1. Select the Create button

2. Enter your Login Name and Password, then select the Sign In button

NOTE: If you are locked out or don’t remember your Login Name or Password, you will not be able to set up your Challenge Questions. Please contact your company’s Designated Support Contact (DSC) in order to have a case submitted through the myMRI Client Portal.

NOTE: You must have access to the email address you enter. The Tool will send confirmation emails to that address and you will not be able to reset your password if you do not receive those emails. Generic email addresses or distribution lists should not be used. 4. Select your Challenge Questions

NOTE: Your answers to the Challenge Questions are case sensitive. Once you have set up your Challenge Questions, you may either close the Tool or select one of the links from the Thank You screen below:

How to reset your Password: 1. Select the Submit button

2. Correctly answer your Challenge Question

NOTE: If you correctly answered your Challenge Question, an email with a confirmation link will be sent to the email address on file within 5 – 15 minutes. The answers to your Challenge Questions are case sensitive. 4. Select the Log Out button to continue the Password Reset process

7. Enter your Login Name and then select the Submit button

How do I access the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool?

Clients may access the tool from the login screen at https://apps.saas.mrisoftware.com.

Can I reset my password if I haven’t set up my Challenge Questions?

In order to reset your password you must set up your Challenge Questions first. To view the steps for setting up your Challenge Questions, please see the Setting up your Challenge Questions section on Page 5. Please note the answers to your Challenge Questions are case sensitive.

Can I call MRI Global Client Support to have them reset my password?

No. MRI Global Client Support is not able to accept phone calls for Password Resets as of August 24th, 2012. All clients that select the Password Reset queue when calling MRI Global Client Support will be directed to use the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool.

Who can I contact if I encounter an issue using the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool?

If you experience any problems while using the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool, please contact your company’s Designated Support Contact (DSC). Your DSC will submit a case to MRI Global Client Support on your behalf via the myMRI Client Portal.

Does my company allow its users to reset their own password?

To find out your company’s policy on Password Resets, please contact your company’s Designated Support Contact (DSC) or MRI SaaS Administrator. While MRI Software provides the Password Reset Tool as a self-service option to all SaaS clients, we strongly urge our users to follow their company’s process for resetting passwords.

Who Can I contact if I’m not able to access the Password Reset tool?

If you experience any issues with the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool, please contact your company’s Designated Support Contact (DSC). Your DSC will submit a case to MRI Global Client Support on your behalf via the myMRI Client Portal.

Am I able to use the Password Reset Tool if I don’t have an email address?

No. In order to use the MRI SaaS Password Reset Tool you must have a valid email address. Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address on file. MRI Software strongly discourages inputing email distribution lists or shared email addresses when using this tool.

Who do I contact if I still have password issues after using the tool?

If you continue to experience password issues after resetting your password, please contact your company’s Designated Support Contact (DSC). Your DSC will submit a case to MRI Global Client Support on your behalf via the myMRI Client Portal.
