Reminder: Picture Day

Just a reminder to all that picture day is Monday! THIS MONDAY! J Picture slips came home and if you want any prints ordered please send your child with that slip and money inside!

Spelling

Our class has been handed a great challenge! I have been going through some hard words for these 4th and 5th graders! They amaze me each and every day with how well they do! Most students practice every day at home and at school! I am so proud of their work ethic! That is awesome! I am so very happy that they are doing so well!

Also, many students have been losing their words so in order to put a stop to that they are going to copy the words into their planner and paste their words in their spelling journals. If you would like an extra copy sent via email please let me know!

October 23

We will be visiting the ESSL on October 23rd! Permission slips went home with everyone in Thursday folders. I forgot to hand them out Thursday so they came home on Friday (I am so sorry about that! It has been a crazy week for me!) We can take 3 chaperones per class. I will notify you via e-mail if you are chosen to be a chaperone. Space inside the bus and in the ESSL building is limited. ESSL asked we stay to a certain number of chaperones so look for an e-mail from me! Thank you!

Math Facts

All students did wonderful on their math fact practice Thursday! Keep up that practice at home, I can tell it is working!

Special thanks to all of the parents who come in and help out around the classroom! It truly helps Mrs. Snipes and I out! J
