• -: Rubber Conveyor Belt :- for cold material• M24- This Grade is Specially Compounded
Rubber Cover recommended for good resistance to cutting and gouging and conforms to abrasion, loss value. This is recommended for conveying, heavy, sharp, highly abrasive materials like metallic ores, granite, limestone, coal, blast furnace, slag and clinker, etc. Belts made with this grade are as per International Standards IS 1891 (Part-I)
Rubber Conveyor Belt-: For Hot Material :-
• HR(T1)- Compounded rubber cover grade recommended for handling materials like alumina, ash, chemicals, etc. Having material temperature over 65’c for coarse and 120’c for fine materials. Conform to International Standards IS 1891 (Part-II).
• SHR(T2)- Compounded rubber cover grade to provide adequate heat resistance for handling materials temperatures over 120’c for coarse and 150’c for fine materials. Conform to International Standards IS 189 (Part-II).
• SHR(T3)- Compounded rubber cover grade to provide adequate heat resistance for handling materials temperatures over 150’c for coarse and 180’c for fine materials. Conform to International Standards IS 1891(Part-II).
• Fire Resistance (FR)- These are Fire Resistant and Antistatic Properties. Grade is recommended for use where Fire Hazard exists, eg. Thermal Plants, Underground Mines. The important characteristic is self-extinguishable cover rubber and meeting the drum friction test. Conforms to International Standards IS 1891 (Part-V).
