Project Description

The objective of the NCC B2B initiative is two fold. The first is to understand, manage and ultimately implement the invoice generation, contract maintenance across New York Time's sites. The second is to improve B2B related operating processes; moving away from individual spreadsheets and manual communication through faxes and email. In addition to this, NYT wanted to enhance the existing B2B portal with functionality related to 3rd party

billing and incorporate the functionality of Next Week into NCC. NYT also wants to enhance the existing B2B portal with functionality related to 3rd party contract maintenance, unique payments and dispute resolution which will provide tools and increased visibility to New York Times management and third party vendors for management of billing process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Description: The Bill payment is a sub module in personal unibanking.The functionality of this module is that UOB bank customers can pay their bills through the internet. To different corporations by just log on to PERSONAL BANKING SERVICES.

This module contains main three sub modules.1. Pay My bills2. Scheduled Recurring bill Payment3. Update and delete bill Payment

The pay my bills Functionality is the customer can pay the bills for different corporations on immediate and scheduled payments. Scheduled payments means the customer is allowed to select the payment date.The second module will take care of the functionality of instalment payments for each bill. The immediate means the customer can pay the bills as a full payment, but as scheduled payment means the customer can pay the payment on instalment Basis. I.e. The customer can pay the bills on different instalment cycles.The third module provides the functionality that the customer can update and delete the bill payments for different organizations.

Description:

This Project is to automate the transactions of the Hospital Management System. It provides total functionality, which is useful to maintain the entire track of the patient who comes to the hospital. This includes various modules and sub modules like PIS (Patient Information System), MRS (Medical Record System), OM (Order Management), Pharmacy, MM (Material Management), and Accounting. PIS include Appointment, Registration, and Admission and charge entry. MRS includes Medical Record Tracking, Medical Record Location, and Medical Record Request. OM: Here Doctor has to prescribe the medicines, laboratory tests and radiology tests. Pharmacy: According to the Prescription the pharmacist has to deliver the medicines. MM: Purchase orders, receiving the orders, Requisitions (Transfers and Issues). Accounting: Account Receivable, Account Payable and General ledger took place here.
