Committed to improving lives in the communities we serve by providing funds to

organizations that offer shelter, sustenance, education, and a path to self sufficiency.

Building upon nearly four decades of giving back to the communities that have so nurtured our business, the MSC

Foundation funds grants to deserving non-profit organizations in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and Lee Counties. Through the generosity of our agents who, on each transaction, voluntary donate a portion of their real estate commission in their clients’ name, and our staff who voluntarily contribute throughout the year, we work to improve the quality of life along the gulf coast. Agents, who previously expressed gratitude with perishable closing gifts now plan more lasting remembrances of their successful professional relationships — these are gifts which truly have the capacity to transform lives. Funds raised by the MSC Foundation are distributed through

a formalized process overseen by the Foundation Council, comprised of an agent or staff member from each of the company’s 24 sales or administrative offices. The Council meets quarterly to guide the philanthropic activities of the foundation and determine how funds will be distributed.Going well beyond financial contributions, many team members also donate hundreds of volunteer hours each year to non-profit organizations of their own choosing; serving on boards, serving in the trenches, and serving others in need. In short, transforming our communities into better places to live, work and play — one transaction at a time — is just as important as our goal of making Michael Saunders & Company one of the most dynamic and responsive real estate firms in the country.
