INNOVATIVE DESIGN FEATURES

FLEXIBLE DECK LAYOUT The MSD-303 Walk to Work Vessel has also been spe-cifically designed to provide a range of deck layout options to suit client requirements. The large open deck space, with enclosed protective bulwark surrounding, of circa 700m2 combined with a deck loading of 15 Te/m2 ensures the vessel is flexible and versatile to suit a wide range of offshore opera-tions. Deck equipment can be configured to suit client re-quirements, and incorporation of bespoke equipment can also be examined.

DAUGHTER CRAFT EQUIPPED The MSD-303 Walk to Work Vessel has been designed to incorporate a fully SOLAS compliant daughter craft, with quick release davit, to aid in the rescue of per-sonnel from the sea. A dedicated rescue zone has also been incorporated to provide further capabilities for rescue operations. The vessel can also be modified to incorporate further rescue and/or life saving equipment to suit client/project requirements.

The MSD-303 Walk to Work Vessel has been specifi-cally designed to ensure safe and efficient transfer of personnel from the vessel to various offshore struc-tures. The location & arrangement of the Walk to Work sys-tem ensures ease of access from the accommodation superstructure, ensuring personnel are not queuing in exposed working deck areas. The Walk to Work system installed can be also modi-fied to suit specific client requirements/preferences.
