(CalvertCliffs locicion, Jodcral District Ceutt, Washington).

2. The Coalition for Safe Unclocr Pouer, of which Citizens for Clonn Air & Waterin a conber, has filcd a ccco in District Court in '.:ashington, asking for aninjunction to halt construction, and for a now hearing.

3. AlthouCh Tolodo Edison cubr.ittcd an environ =cntal report into the record ofthe AEC hearing, we, as intarvorcrs, in the hearin3 were not allowed to questionthil repert, nor Woro wo allowed to question the authors of the repert. It is the contention of the Walition and CCM;, that they will not acot thestandards for the follosing reasons

c. They violate the non-degradation clauco of cur liator Quality Standardsby not incorporating highest degrou of treatment.,

b. They violate the minimum conditions apnlicable to all waters, at alltires, at cM. places, that nothin;: harnful or toxic to hu lan, enigal,plant, or aquatic life shall be in the wotor.
