What her job is about? Ms. Gibbs job is to ensure her remains licensed and certified. She enjoys doing test on people convicted of using drugs. This is the critical part of her job. If she messes up it could ruin another's life. Meaning jail or losing possessions or even their kids.

Some Research about Norchem Some and almost all of her sciences are research on drug abuse and usage. This means that getting the right person could keep them off the streets. They have many clients as well that are tested for drug abuse. They test for all types of drugs including street and prescription drugs. They have a specific way of testing drugs too.

About their Research Their processes happen in order starting with request. Then the subject goes in for testing. The request also depends on the test to be used. The most accurate is urine testing. This test takes 4-5 days to get the results though.

Slide Above The graph above shows the drug abuse ratio. This states that everyone over 12 that has abused drugs. These statistics show the no abuse ratio to abuse. These ratios can change however. Now about her role in her company.

Her Role There are 5 labs total and Becky Gibbs keeps them all certified. She also has the stressful job of filling out hundreds of papers. She is also fond of her job because of these responsibilities. Though the company depends on her she also needs to depend on everybody to do their jobs. That is her role in the Norchem laboratory.

About Ms. Gibbs Ms. Gibbs wanted to help people in her life. She wanted to become a doctor but thought it too much of her. So she thought about drug testing. Now she is a QA(Quality Assurance) officer. Her job is valuable and busy in many ways.
