ABOUT Mucky Nutz has been protecting vital parts since 2009 and by developing new ideas and improving on existing ones, is now a global brand with product distribution in over 30 countries.

From our early offerings, developed in a garden shed in Yorkshire, to the range of products now coming out of our new base in Devon, we are still best known for our design protected mudguards.

Light, discrete, yet very effective, our guards are the original flexible guards and are used and endorsed by

many pro DH and Enduro teams and riders, but are available to everyone in a variety of forms and colours.

Our aim is simple, it's to protect everyone's vital parts through simple and effective designs. To achieve this we encourage feedback and an exchange of ideas with our customers and biking community, so that we're kept well informed about the demands on our products and riding in general.

And it just so happens that we love the work we do and hope our products and service reflect this.

FACE FENDER RANGE The original fork mounted flexi-fender; the Face Fender, is designed to stop any muck, horse, cow and dog s*** (you get the gist), being flung into your face. The added benefit being; it also reduces the amount of debris hitting the fork stanchions, seals and bridge, extending the life of the expensive parts. This is because it is sits between the fork bridge and knobbly bits for optimum 'muck' catching.

The Face Fender is compatible with all wheel sizes and are sometimes seen on the swing arm to protect the rear suspension.

Using releasable Velcro straps or permanent zip-ties to attach to the fork, when installed it is small and discrete, and weighing from as little as 18g it is a favourite on the pro and amateur circuits, where it is often left on all year round.

FACE FENDER The original flexible guard. Re-profiled, for better protection, it is now manufactured from a custom

material, providing improved strength and stiffness and still weighs just 25g. Compatible with all forward and double bridge fork designs. Used as a rear shock and/or front mech guard on some full suspension

arrangements. Easy to clean as it's flexible and opens flat. Simply wipe it and you're done. Available in 8 colour options.

FACE FENDER (R) The (R) version is for those that have a reverse fork bridge, such as the DT

Swiss or Manitou. It is the same profile as the standard Face Fender, it simply has repositioned

fastening holes. Available in black or white

FACE FENDER (XL) As per the standard Face Fender only 100mm longer, for increased

protection. Still only weighs 35g. The most versatile of Face Fenders, as it's compatible with all forward, double

and reverse fork bridge designs up front and increased compatibility to therear, to protect the rear shock and/or front mech.

Best used for when the going gets tough, or just a typical UK Winter. Available in 8 colour options.

MINI FACE FENDER For use on narrow rigid forks, e.g. Road bike, CX, BMX or children's bike, the

Mini Face Fender is as discrete as they come The lightest of Face Fenders, weighing just 18g. Best combined with the Gut Fender for full frontal protection. Available in black or white.

FAT FACE FENDER The latest addition to the Face Fender range is the 'Fat' version; one of three

fat bike fenders currently available. The others being Fat Gut and Fat Butt.... no offence.

The Fat Face Fender offers a different design solution to the other FaceFenders, in that it has split arms. When these arms overlap, duringinstallation, the mudguard contours the wheel, which has allowed us tomake it longer, for full fatty protection.

For use on rigid forks only it can also be used at the rear, on the seat stay orchain stay, and weighs just 75g.

Available in black or white.

GUT FENDER RANGE Fastened to the down tube, using the provided Velcro fastener or via the mounting boss holes, the Gut Fender protects you, waist upwards, against anything thrown from the front wheel.

Coupled with one from the Face Fender range and you have full frontal protection, from less than 100g.

GUT FENDER For use on MTB, Road or CX frames. Light-weight protection, at 40g Comes with neoprene contacts, to prevent slipping, when installed Quick and easy to put on and take off. When off, it's easy to clean as it's flexible and opens flat. Simply wipe it and

you're done. Available in black or white

FAT GUT FENDER Same as the standard Gut Fender but much 50mm wider and 45mm longer,

for use with fat rubber. All this extra protection and it still weighs in at only 75g. Available in black or white

BUTT FENDER RANGE The Butt Fender attaches to the saddle rails, with no need for additional fasteners and sits close to your back face to prevent 'soggy arse syndrome'.

For those unfamiliar with this condition, 'soggy arse syndrome' is caused by the rear wheel throwing mud and rainwater to your lower back region, which then soaks through to your derrière, leading to a very uncomfortable chafing feeling. Not particularly nice on those longer rides.

Compatible with all standard double rail saddles, so long as they don't have any daft bits hanging off the rear.

R/CX BUTT FENDER A Butt Fender for road bikes; narrower than the standard Butt Fender,

designed for the thinner rubber. Can be stored under the saddle when not in use. Possibly the lightest rear mudguard available, at just 15g. Available in black or white.

BUTT FENDER The original MTB saddle mounted guard, but also used on CX and road bikes

for increased protection. Improved design; thicker, stronger and re-profiled for a better fit. Possibly the lightest MTB rear mudguard, at just 30g. Available in 8 colours.

FAT BUTT FENDER The original fat bike saddle mounted guard, but also used on MTBs by those

wanting extra protection. Thicker, wider and longer than the standard Butt Fender, to accommodate

the fatter rubber. Possibly the lightest fat bike rear mudguard, at just 45g. Available in black or white.

REAR FENDER The Rear Fender is a unique design providing full rear-end protection,

regardless of bike type, being compatible with 99% of MTBs, road bike, CXbike, etc.

At 75g it is the lightest adjustable rear mudguard available. It has three pitching options, allowing the user to alter the angle to suit. Fully compatible with dropper seat posts, as it can be attached to the seat

pot or seat tube. Can be a permanent or temporary item, leaving it on or folding flat and

rolling up, before storing away. It won't slip around the seat post, as it has a large rubber contact to prevent

slippage. Quick release fitting.

FRAME PROTECTION We've now added frame protection to our product list, first bringing high quality chainstay and cable rub patches to the affray.

CHAINSTAY PROTECTOR & CABLE RUB PATCHES Military grade Polyurethane protection. High performance adhesive. Invisible appearance. No discolouring. Universal fitting. Easy to apply and remove.

EMERGENCY MECH HANGER The little leg saver, for when the mech hanger (drop out) snaps. This hanger is universal so is ideal for riders with more than one bike,

change their bike or cycle in a group. It is a 'get me home' part, i.e. it's temporary, as it's made from steel, which

is likely to be stronger than the bike. At a fraction of the cost of the pucka part, which may never be needed. Simply take off the broken hanger and attach this in its place. It's small and light enough to fit in a cycle bag, saddle bag or pocket,

without noticing it.

BAR TAB END CAPS These end caps involve beer and cycling, nuff said. Stick these plugs into the handlebars! Tighten them up! Have a beer! Have

another! Recycle the bottles! Stick the tops on the Bar Tabs! Done. When too many trees have jumped out and scratched the tops to death they

can be simply changed for another pair. The Bar Tabs are wider than the bottle top (30mm) so, when used properly,

won't shred the hands. They incorporate a black nylon end cap (to fit your bottle tops on), an

elastomer expander, and steel fasteners. An allen key is also provided to fitthe plugs.

Designed to fit all handlebars with an inner diameter of 17mm upwards.
