designation of origin: In compliance with the German Product Safety Act that became law in December 2011, we are obliged to provide all products with a postal designation of origin. This means that our porcelain is given a porcelain mark with our full address. We would be pleased to advise you, on request, should you wish an alternative solution that still complies fully with the Act.

computer graphics:Colour and grey-scales bitmaps should not be compressed and have an embedded ICC profile. The resolution of the graphic should be at least 300 dpi. The resolution of black / white bitmaps should be at least 1200 dpi. Vector graphics should have stroke weights of at least 0.15 mm.

fonts:Special fonts used within the motif should be sent to us separately or transferred into a vector graphic. The font size should not be less than 5 points.

ceramic colours:Ceramic colours do show dif ferences in 4-colour print (Euroskala). Therefore, we ask you to supply colour samples if using the 4-colour print.

special colours:Each colour is mixed with ceramic/ porcelain colours, meaning not all HKS, Pantone and RAL colours are always 100% realizable.

shape templates:Your motif should be proportional to the printed area of the mug. You can download our shape templates easily via the internet and receive all usable formats. Please contact us! We will happily send you the templates also via E-mail.

print sample:All accrued costs (film material, lithography, bending of design sam-ple) will be billed. Please contact us for technical questions.
