areintheprocessofbeginningtotransformsomeofthebasicobservationsfromtheirsystemsintousefulandactionableinformation
• Fewcountries– thatunderwentseverechallenges,suchastheEbolacrisis,arestillintheprocessofacquiringtechnologyforclimateinformationandearlywarnings
• CIRDAsupportisevolvingfromtheprocurementofobservationequipmenttosustainabilityplansandpartnershipstocommunicateclimateinformationtoendusers(vulnerablecommunities,farmers,policymakers)
• 70%oftheCIRDAbudgethasbeenexecuted,leavingsomeresourcestokeepsupportingprojectimplementation
