ES Entech Controls provides engineering solution in selecting cost effective and performance oriented Actuator
for Control valve application. We manufacture wide array of pneumatic actuators-both linear and rotary,
Diaphragm/Piston type to cover the widest range in application.
The actuators are fitted into valves for use in the process control industries with applications in oil, gas, water,
power, food, pharmaceutical, chemical etc processing plants.

Export- we are OEM to many leading control valve manufacturers globally. 80% of our Actuator production is
exported to USA
Domestic- . We also supply to leading Domestic Valve manufacturer our actuator for their control valves.
ORGANISATION
Entech Controls was set up by Chandru Motwani who holds a post graduate degree in mechanical engineering
and has 17 years of corporate experience in design, development, production and quality assurance. The
organization has a team of qualified engineers to look after production, materials and quality assurance.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
The manufacturing facility for Entech Controls is located in Nashik, (180 Kms from Mumbai, India). The facility
is situated on a 2500 square meters plot and has a built up area of 10,000 square feet. The location of this
facility is within the Industrial Development Corporation of Nashik MIDC and is assured a constant supply of
essentials. The technicians and staff are highly skilled and trained in the latest techniques in manufacturing and
quality control. We conduct most of our product development in house to assure high levels of thoroughness
and confidentiality. Products are either powder coated or epoxy painted to provide superior surface protection
for long life (salt spray test).
PRODUCT RANGE
1. Diaphragm Actuators, Linear and Rotary in sizes up to 1920 sq.cm (300 sq. inch)
2. Piston Actuators in sizes up to 500mm (20 inch) diameter
3. Rotary rack and Pinion up to 2920 NM at 4 bar in double acting & 1095 NM at 4 bar for single acting.
4. Cylinders from 38mm (11/2") to 150mm( 6") diameter.
5. Ball valves upto 350mm (14 inch) - Floating & Trunnion

'M'-series Multi spring diaphragm actuators are available in 4 sizes, i.e., 230, 385, 700 & 1400 cm2 (36, 60, 110,
220 Sq.Inch) .If required these actuators can be provided with top mounted handwheel. These actuators are
suitable for regulating and on/off control applications. Full stainless steel version is also optionally available.
