Why use Multimedia ?
Multimedia is normally used to convey a message. It seeks to generate some interaction with the viewer. Generally it seeks to encourage some sort of learning in the viewer.
To learn well:
•An individual should be motivated to learn•An individual should engage with the content•The delivery of the content should encourage recall of previous knowledge or related experiences of the content•An individual should maintain attention for the time necessary for learning to happen.

Web based Training (WBT) and Distance Learning

•WBT has the advantage of being able to offer up-to-date content on any type of computer platform.

•Distance learning, also called distance education, is the delivery of education from one location while the learning takes place at other locations.
