    • Macaroni noodles (macaroni)

    • Grated Gouda cheese (geraspte Gouda kaas)

    • Pepper (peper)

    • Pâtes macaroni

    • Fromage râpé Gouda

    • Poivre

  • Instructions (Les Instructions)

    • In a pot, boil water. Make sure there is enough to that the macaroni will sit completely submerged and still have room.

    • Pour in the macaroni. Let it cook for 7-9 minutes.

    • Drain the water from the pot. Serve the macaroni as is and top with Gouda cheese and some pepper.

    • Dans une casserole, bouillir de l’eau. Assurer qu’il y a assez d’eau pour complètementcouvrir le macaroni et encore plus.

    • Verser les pâtes macaroni dans l’eau. Laissercuire pour 7-9 minutes.

    • Vider l’eau de la casserole. Servir le macaroni et ajouter le fromage Gouda et un peu de poivre.

  • Ingredients (Les Ingrédients)

    • French fries (frieten)

    • Brown gravy (bruim jus)

    • Small Gouda cheese cubes (kleine Gouda kaas blokjes)

    • Pommes frites

    • Sauce brune

    • Petits morceaux de fromage Gouda

  • Instructions (Les Instructions)

    • Cook the French fries as instructed on the bag. Cook the gravy as instructed on the bag.

    • Put the French fries in a bowl and add gravy. Add the pieces of Gouda cheese on top.

    • Microwave until the cheese is slightly melted and enjoy.

    • Cuire les pommes frites comme instruit. Cuirela sauce brune comme instruit.

    • Mettre les pommes frites dans un bol et ajoutez la sauce brune. Ajoutez les morceauxde fromage Gouda en dessus de toutes.

    • Cuire au micro-onde jusqu'à ce que le fromage commence à fondre. Bon appétit.

  • Ingredients (原料)

    • 500 g cooked rice (gekookte rijst)

    • 5 tbsp oil (olie)

    • 2 eggs (eieren)

    • 30g grated Gouda cheese (geraspteGouda kaas)

    • 100 g minced pork (varkensgehakt )

    • Salt (zout)

    • Sugar (suiker)

    • Pepper (peper)

    • 500克熟米

    • 5勺油

    • 30克Gouda奶酪

    • 100克碎猪肉

    • 盐

  • Instructions (做法)

    • Heat half the oil in a large frying pan. Add the minced pork and Gouda cheese stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, and sugar and stir-fry for 1 minutes

    • Add the rice to the wok to heat through, Turing and stirring well.

    • Heat the remaining oil in another wok. Season the beaten egg with salt and pepper and add to the wok. Stir.

    • Stir for about 1 minute, then turn the egg mixture into the wok containing the rice. Mix lightly together, then serve in a heated bowl.

  • Spätzle with Cheese(Käsespätzle)

  • Ingredients (Zutaten)

    • 500 g Flour (meel)

    • 1 tbsp Oil (olie)

    • 250 ml Water (water)

    • 4 tsp Salt (zout)

    • 6 Eggs (eieren)

    • 3 Onions (uien)

    • 300 g Gouda, grated (geraspte Gouda kaas)

    • Serves 4

    • 500 g Mehl

    • 1 EL Öl

    • 250 ml Wasser

    • 4 TL Salz

    • 6 Eier

    • 3 Zwiebeln

    • 300 g Gouda, geraspelt

    • für 4 Personen

  • Instructions (Zubereitung)

    • Combine the eggs, the flour, the oil and all the salt (4 tsp) and mix all together for the dough

    • Depending on the size of the eggs you should add some water to make the dough viscous

    • In the meantime bring saltwater to the boil

    • Put some dough on a breadboard and scrap it into the water in small noodle shapes

    • After a short dwell they come back to the surface and can be picked out

    • To make the “Spätzle“ unique “Käsespätzle“ you have to roast them in a pan together with the Gouda until the cheese is molten

    • For serving put some roasted onion on top

    • Alternative for low budget or lazy cooks: buy a package of “Spätzle“ and boil them

    • Eier, Mehl, Öl und Salz (4 TL) für den Teig miteinander verrühren

    • Je nach Größe der Eier ggf. ein wenig Wasser hinzugeben, bis eine zähflüssige Masse entsteht

    • In der Zwischenzeit Wasser mit reichlich Salz zum Kochen bringen

    • Anschließend nach und nach den Teig auf ein Brett geben und in der gewünschten Dicke in das Wasser schaben

    • Nach kurzer Verweilzeit steigen die Spätzle an die Oberfläche und können abgeschöpft werden

    • Nach dem Kochen werden die Spätzle zusammen mit demKäse in eine Pfanne gegeben und so lange angebraten, bis der Käse geschmolzen ist

    • Die Zwiebeln werden separat angebraten und oben auf die Käsespätzle verteilt

    • Alternativ für kleine Geldbeutel oder faule Köche: eine Packung Spätzle kaufen und kochen

  • Greece

  • Cheese Pie(τυρόπιτα)

  • Ingredients (Τα υλικά)

    • 1 package crust

    • 500 g feta cheese (Feta kaas)

    • 500 g Gouda cheese (Gouda kaas)

    • 80 g butter (boter)

    • 3 tbsp corn flour (maismeel)

    • 300 ml milk (melk)

    • 4 eggs (eieren)

    • Freshly ground pepper (peper)

    • 80 ml olive oil for the brushing of the crust (olijfolie)

    • 1 πακέτο φύλλο κρούστας

    • 500 g τυρί φέτα

    • 500 g τυρί γκούντα

    • 80 g βούτυρο

    • 3 κ.σ. κορνφλάουερ

    • 300 ml γάλα

    • 4 αυγά

    • Φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι

    • 80 ml ελαιόλαδο για το λάδωμα των φύλλων

  • • In a large bowl, grate the gouda and the feta crumbles. In a mixing bowl add the eggs, flour, milk and pepper. Melt the butter gently without burning and add to the mixture of materials. Mix

    • You brush the pan with the olive oil and the crust. Then you put the crust (about half of them that are contained in the package) in the pan and you put oil in them. Pour the filling mixture, you have prepared, spread throughout the pan

    • Cover with the remaining crust sheets

    • Carefully chart the pie in squares without reaching the blade of the knife in the filling and bake at 180oC in air for 45 until the cheese to swell and the crust golden

    • Σε ένα μεγάλο μπωλ τρίβουμε το γκούντα και θρυμματίζουμε τη φέτα . Στο μπωλ ανάμειξης προσθέτουμε τα αυγά , το κορνφλάουερ, το γάλα και το πιπέρι. Λιώνουμε ελαφρά το βούτυρο, χωρίς να καίει και το προσθέτουμε στο μείγμα των υλικών. Ανακατεύουμε

    • Λαδώνουμε με ένα πινέλο ένα ταψί και στρώνουμε στη βάση τα μισά φύλλα του πακέτου, λαδωμένα καλά ένα προς ένα. Ρίχνουμε το μείγμα της γέμισης, που έχουμε ετοιμάσει να απλωθεί σε όλο το ταψί

    • καλύπτουμε τη γέμιση με τα υπόλοιπα φύλλα

    • προσεκτικά χαράσσουμε την πίτα σε τετράγωνα σχήματα , χωρίς να φτάσει η λάμα του μαχαιριού στη γέμιση και ψήνουμε στους 180C με αέρα για 45' μέχρι η τυρόπιτα να φουσκώσει και τα φύλλα να χρυσίσουν

  • Ingredients (साम�ी)

    • Butter (boter)

    • Thin cream (tarwemeel)

    • Wheat Flour (water)

    • Chillies (chilli)

    • Gouda cheese (Gouda kaas)

    • Onions (uien)

    • म�खन• ��म• गेहूं का आटा• �मच�• पनीर• �याज

  • • Cheese Mixture:

    • Mash the cheese (75 gm)

    • Add cream and mix till a smooth paste is obtained (4 tsp)

    • Add one onions and two sliced green chillies

    • Mini Puris:

    • Rub the (1 tsp) Butter into the flour (100 gm)

    • Add a little water and make a stiff dough which can be easily rolled out

    • Roll out into two large rounds. With the top of a squash bottle, cut out small round puris

    • Deep fry in hot fat. Sandwich two mini puris with Cheese mixture and serve hot

  • Ingredients (साम�ी)

    • 2 eggs (2 eieren)

    • 4 slices of bread (4 sneetjes brood)

    • Garlic Paste (knoflook pasta)

    • Onions (uien)

    • Gouda Cheese (Gouda kaas)

    • Chillies (chilli)

    • Salt (zout)

    • Pepper (peper)

    • Oil/Butter (olie/boter)

    • Cornflower Powder (korenbloem poeder)

    • 2 अंडे• रोट के 4 -लाइस• लहसुन का पे-ट• �याज• पनीर• हर �मच�• नमक• काल �मच�• तेल / म�खन• Cornflower पाउडर

  • • Mix all the ingredients (except bread and oil) together in a bowl

    • Layer bread quarters with the egg-cheese mixture and keep aside

    • Heat oil in a frying pan, carefully slide in the layered bread quarters (mixture side down) into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes, then turn over to other side. Fry until golden brown on either side

    • Drain excess oil on absorbent paper and serve piping hot, on a bed of cabbage leaves and accompanied by tomato ketchup

    • Butter (boter)

    • Chocolate sprinklers (chocoladehagelslag)

    • Gouda cheese (Gouda kaas)

    • Condensed milk (gecondenseerde melk)

    • Pisang

    • Mentega

    • Meses coklat

    • Keju gouda

    • Susu kental manis

  • • Heat the frying pan and put the butter, wait until it melts

    • Slice the banana in half from up to bottom

    • Pan roast the banana, wait until it become brownish in color

    • Move the banana onto the plate

    • Put the chocolate sprinklers on top of the banana

    • Put the grated gouda cheese on top of the banana

    • Pour the condensed milk on top of the banana

    • Panaskan wajan, tambah mentega hinggameleleh

    • Belah pisang menjadi dua dari ujung-ujungnya

    • Panggang pisang diatas wajan hinggakecoklatan

    • Pindahkan ke piring

    • Tabur meses coklat

    • Parut keju gouda diatas pisang

    • Siram dengan susu kental manis

  • Lasagne alla Bolognese(Lasagne alla Bolognese)

  • Ingredients (Ingredienti)

    • 600 g bolognese sauce (bolognese saus)

    • 500 g lasagne pasta (lasagne pasta)

    • 1 kg bèchamel (bèchamel saus)

    • 200 g Gouda cheese (Gouda kaas)

    • Butter (boter)

    • 600 g Ragù

    • 500 g lasagne

    • 1 kg besciamella

    • 200 g Gouda

    • Burro

  • • Warm the Bolognese Sauce up

    • Distribute the butter on a baking pan

    • Preheat the oven at 150 °C

    • Distribute with a spoon the Bolognese sauce on the bottom of the pan

    • Cover with a layer of lasagne pasta

    • With a spoon cover the lasagne with besciamella

    • Add Bolognese sauce and cover with Gouda previously grinded

    • Then add another layer of pasta and proceed in the same way until the pan is almost full

    • At this point, in a pot mix the remaining Bèchamel and Ragùand cover the lasagne with abundant Gouda

    • Place the pan in the oven for about 50-60 minutes until the surface is golden and crispy

    • Riscaldare il ragù

    • Spalmare il burro su di una teglia

    • Preriscaldare il forno a 150 °C

    • Spandere del ragù sul fondo

    • Coprire con uno strato di lasagne

    • Con un cucchiaio ricoprire le lasagne di besciamella

    • Aggiungere ragù e ricoprire con uno strato di Gouda grattugiato

    • Quindi aggiungere un altro strato di lasagne e ripetere

    • A questo punto, in una pentola mescolare besciamella e Ragù e versarli sulle lasagne e ricoprire di Gouda grattugiato

    • Mettere la teglia in forno per 50-60 minuti circa finche la superficie non diventa croccante

  • Ingredients (Ingredienti)

    • 400 g spaghetti (spaghetti)

    • 160 g Gouda cheese (Gauda kaas)

    • Black pepper (peper)

    • Mint (munt)

    • 400 g spaghetti

    • 160 g Gouda

    • Pepe nero

    • Menta

  • • Wait until a pot of salted water boils

    • Grate Gouda cheese

    • Trow the spaghetti

    • When cooking time is over, take the spaghetti out and take aside some cooking water

    • Introduce all at once in the pan used to boil water: spaghetti, Gouda, hot water until creamy enough, then grind the black pepper and add couple of leaves

    • Far bollire l’acqua e salare

    • Grattare il Gouda

    • A bollore, gettare gli spaghetti

    • A cottura ultimata, scolare e conservare parte dell’acqua di cottura

    • Mescolare nella pentola Gouda, spaghetti e tritare il pepe e aggiungere acqua di cottura per correggere la cremosità
