Our Core Values

Quality must permeate through to every part of the business, from product development and manufacturing of high-quality products to delivery and customer support. Our aim is to be the first choice for our customers, and we have therefore developed a broad, well balanced product portfolio of standardised quality products.

To ensure availability, we have chosen to pro-duce a substantial proportion of our product range for stock. Instead of starting to produce when we receive an order, we can deliver right away from a local or central warehouse. The strategy of producing for stock, rather than in response to customer orders, also translates into higher productivity and secure control over the entire flow of goods.

Delivery reliability means the ability to deliver, without delay, the products and solutions that the customer needs. The standard range is delivered directly from stock. Ventilation systems are installed late in the construction process, and the installation contractor often needs the products at short notice. Against that background, we have built up an efficient production and logistics organisation in which the local and central warehouses are integrat-ed with each other via a shared ERP system. We also place great emphasis on punctual deliveries when producing directly to order.

Systemair invests significant assets in the development of energy efficient, environmentally friendly and user- friendly products. We have develop-ment centres in Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Canada, USA and India. A team of more than 100 engineers from 14 development teams are work-ing on product development.

We actively influence future trends by taking part in the specification of new International and National Standards.The development centre in Skinn-skatteberg is one of Europe’s most

modern facilities for the measurement of air flow, sound levels and ener-gy consumption. This center has an acoustic room with a background noise level lower than that which the human ear can perceive. When measuring supply terminals, a green laser is used to show how the air is expelled from wall mounted or ceiling mounted devices. The center also includes a climate chamber with the possibility to simulate outdoor temperatures down to -20 deg C, which means we can use it all year round to develop our recovery units. The center is accredited

by AMCA ( Air Movement and Control Association, Inc 0 for the measurement of air and acoustic performance. In addition to the test center in Skinn-skatteberg, there are also test facilities in Germany and Denmark where we can measure air volumes of more than 400 000m3/h.

The high class R&D center built in India, encompasses an Acoustic Room and ATD laboratory. The ATD lab is built in compliance with EN & ASHRAE standards for determining air flow pattern and measuring velocity profile

of air terminal devices. The laboratory provides for catalogue measurements & product development measurements for the entire Systemair group prod-ucts. An independent chiller & factory build Eurovent certified air handling unit of capacity 3000 CMH is used for condition built up for the tests. The lab is equipped with high precise meas-uring and data acquisition systems. It also boasts of an independent control software. A high beam laser & fog is used for visualizing the air flow pattern in the lab.

The Acoustic laboratory is build to fol-low test procedures in compliance with AMCA 210 & AMCA 300 standards. Maximum air flow 45000 Cub. Mt./Hr. with a pressure handling capacity of 3000 Pa. System controlled by Nation-al Instruments hardware and Lab View application. Air flow measurements by using AMCA nozzles. Pressure drop measurements by AMCA specified pressure taps. Sound measurement by B & K boom & microphone precisesly determine for airborne sound emis-sion.

Systemair has a wide range of air handling units for use in various applications from small office premises to larger industrial applications. Common to all items in the range is that, systems and components have been developed to satisfy stringent demands for low energy consumption. Heat exchangers, motors and fan units have all undergone extensive testing, both in the laboratory and out in the field, in order to comply with current and future demands for low energy consumption.All products are also manufactured to comply with environmental requirements. SBA/ BASystemair India manufacturers EUROVENT certified air handling units, the trade name being BA. BA is probably the most flexible unit in the market when it comes to design suited to specific applications. The DIDW type forward/backward curved centrifugal fans or plug fans to be selected for use in low, medium or high-pressure air systems, depending on the project characteristics. Several options are also available for the heat exchangers. The heating units installed can use different heating fluids such as: Hot water, Electricity, etc. An extensive range of air filters can handle a variety of filtering needs, from simple impurity filtering to absolute filtering, within the limits established by the manufacturer for the filtering media. A set of many well-differentiated sections complete the assembly to allow the intake of outside air, mix it with returned air, filter it, heat it, cool it, recover heat, provide access to the equipment interior, etc.

The MRT (Metro Road and Train) division was created with the purpose of actively following this particular market so to sup-ply ventilation systems for underground applications such as, metros, road, train and hydraulic tunnels. The staff, with a specific knowledge of the peculiarities of these applications, follows each project with competence and care. MRT division is to be the sole referent for the compa-nies that work in underground projects.
