Mumbai district,Whichis popularly known as’’MUMBAI BANK‖

andis registered under MCS Actinthe year1974and startedits

functionIng On12th Feb。1975,

There are 01d C0-0Perative Housing Societiesin Greater

Mumbaj who are members of our‘Mumbai Bank’,and their

buildings being oid arein diIapidated conditions.Those C0-OP。

Housing Societies,having no sufficient funds for redeveIopment;

and also,the residents/members of those Societies having

retired from service/professjon do not have sufficient funds to

COntribute for redeveIopment。Consequently,the redevelopment of

SuCh societiesis pending,Considering this fact,Mumbai Bank

has prepared a Loan policy for Se皿RedeveIopment of buildings
