• Total area of 264 km2 (Agricultural area 160 km2, cultivated area 88 km2, forest area 97 km2)• Population 34.904 + 13.000 people temporarily working abroad (according to the register in 2002.)• The municipality with the youngest population in Serbia (average age 29 years) • 10 elementary schools (over 5.300 students) • Two secondary schools (2282 students), high school, technical school (departments: engineering, wood processing, electronics, transportation, medicine, etc.)• Two high education institutions (economy and law departments)

Profile of the industrial zone

• The total area of the parcel is 60ha, 13.23 ha of which is in the process of development • The area of the smaller parcels is between 2000m2 to 14.000m2• There is a further possibility of dividing or merging accordint to the needs of the investors, with the lowest area limit of 2000square metres.• Plan and technical documentation for 13,23 ha is available to the investors
