The RPC management board will consult the SC to get help on very urgent and crucial tasks and to solve delicate scientific issues.The experience of the 5 senior physicists members is a guarantee for the RPC project and will help us a lot in the future.HV scan sociological exercise 29/03/111th RPC General Meeting - Pigi Paolucci9Steering Committee was consulted to give us guidelines about the calculation of the high voltage working point of every single chamber.The answer was fast, very professional and clear. Conclusions29/03/111th RPC General Meeting - Pigi Paolucci15RPC project is in good shapeTwo years of data taking + upgrade is not an easy job for a small collaboration. We are 80 peopleLet me stress again that we have to improve and stabilize the present project and then eventually move manpower to the upgrade 2013-2014. Right now is still not the case !! It is important to work in a coherent way as we did for the HV scan and FEB configuration
