Composition and aspect : Filler in powder made of cement, selected quarry materials and resin.

Substrates : Use on dry and cohesive substrates such as old painted surfaces, tiles, glazed tiles, masonry, concrete, cement, primed wood, plaster, brick, stone, cellular concrete.

Overcoating : Any filler of the TOUPRET range, any thick plastic coatings or any mineral, organic and siloxane binder paints can be applied once it is fully dry. Do not cover straight above with polyurethane or solvent-based epoxy paints.

Caution : Do not apply on a damp surface or substrate. Do not apply on polystyrene.

Normative documents to be referred to :

French DTU 59.1 (Building paint works), DTU 59.2 (Waterborne thick coatings on concrete and fillers made of hydraulic binders) and DTU 42.1 (NF P 84-404 norm).

pH : 11 just after mixing ; 9.5 after 24 hours which allows painting without any risk of colour alteration nor efflorescence.

Working time : 30 min. under 20°C.

Colour : White.

Adherence : In compliance with NFT 30-608.

Complementary product : We advise to treat soft surfaces with DURCISSEUR hardener at least 24 hours before applying MUREX filler.

Health and safety : Xi irritating. Contains cement.

Cleaning of tools : With water.

Classification : According to AFNOR norm NF T 36 005 Family IV Class 4b.

Packaging : 2, 5 and 15 kg bags.

Storage : Six months in original sealed packaging and in dry atmosphere.

Irregularities can be removed with a wet sponge

or a flat brush as soon as the filler starts to harden. You can sand with emery cloth 24 hours afterwards. To repair facades hard stones, 30 to 40 % sand to be added.

Ideal to : Fill and repair all substrates without thickness limitation.

Substrates preparation : According to DTU 59.1, DTU 59.2 and DTU 42.1, surfaces must be hard, cohesive, clean, sound and dry. This product should not be used outside below 5°C, over 80 % HR (hygrometry rate) nor in the sunlight.Mixing rate : Thick consistency : 45 % of water (0.45 litre per kilo of powder).Application thickness : No thickness limitation.Consumption : 1 kilo of powder allows to fill a volume of 1 litre.Application : Apply with filling knife or blade.Irregularities removal : When repairing angles and reshaping cornices it can be cut or sculpted as soon as the filler starts to harden.Overcoating :Once it is fully dry : 24 hours afterwards in average depending on thickness, temperature and moisture.Caution for use : Do not apply MUREX on damp surface. The mixed product temperature modifies its setting time: a high temperature will accelerate it, a low temperature will delay it.
